Referring to fig. 2 and 7, two paint tanks 3 are respectively disposed on the upper surface of the paint tank 2 above the first rack driving mechanism 6 and the second rack driving mechanism 7, and a material suction pump 11 is disposed on the upper surface of the paint tank 2 beside each paint tank 3, a liquid inlet of the material suction pump 11 extends into the corresponding paint tank 3, a liquid outlet of the paint tank 3 is connected to a paint spraying pipe 12 extending into the paint spraying cavity 201, a plurality of nozzles 13 facing the wicker basket paint hanger 4 are disposed at the lower end of the paint spraying pipe 12, and in order to achieve an atomization effect during paint spraying, an external compressed air source needs to be connected to the end of the nozzles 13.
When the paint spraying pipe 12 and the spray nozzle 13 are specifically arranged, the two sides of the paint tank 3 above the first rack driving mechanism 6 are respectively provided with a suction pump 11, the paint spraying pipe 12 connected to each suction pump 11 correspondingly extends into the two sides of the paint spraying cavity 202, and the spray nozzles 13 on the two paint spraying pipes 12 are oppositely arranged.

Meanwhile, a paint spraying pipe 12 connected to the suction pump 11 above the second rack driving mechanism 7 extends into the paint spraying chamber 201 on the opposite side of the second rack driving mechanism 7, and a nozzle 13 connected to the paint spraying pipe 12 is disposed to be inclined upward so that the nozzle 13 faces the lower surface of the wicker basket when the wicker basket is inclined.
Finally, referring to fig. 1, in order to accelerate the drying and solidifying speed of the wicker basket after painting, a drying box 16 is further arranged at the downstream of the painting box 2, an inlet and an outlet are also formed on two end faces of the drying box 16, the closed type hanging conveying chain 1 penetrates through the inlet and the outlet of the drying box 16, and the specific internal structure of the drying box 16 is the prior art, and is not shown or described here.
The specific working process and working principle of the wicker basket assembly line type efficient paint spraying equipment disclosed in the embodiment 1 when paint spraying is carried out on the wicker basket are as follows:
firstly, an operator hangs the wicker basket in the two latch hooks 408 at the upstream of the paint spraying box 2, and then the wicker basket enters the paint spraying box 2 along with the wicker basket paint spraying hanging piece 4;
secondly, when the willow basket hanging piece 4 moves to the first rack driving mechanism 6, the universal joint 405 is positioned between the infrared transmitter 8 and the infrared receiver 9, the receiving signal of the infrared receiver 9 is blocked, then the PLC controller 10 controls the driving motor 104 to stop running, the whole closed type hanging conveying chain 1 is suspended for transportation, and the PLC 10 controls the suction pump 11 to operate and the telescopic pushing device 602 in the first rack driving mechanism 6 to extend, and during the extension of the telescopic pushing device 602, it pushes the rack 601 to move toward the gear 404, and in the initial stage of pushing, due to the guiding function of the first folding line chute 502, the rack 601 will move closer to the gear 404 and engage with it, and then move in parallel with the bar 501 linearly, the whole wicker basket hanging piece 4 realizes positive rotation under the meshing action of the rack 601 and the gear 404, so that the paint pumped by the suction pump 11 can be sprayed on the outer surface of the wicker basket in all directions; when the telescopic device 602 is pushed to the longest length, the telescopic device continues to contract so as to pull the rack 601 reversely, at the moment, the willow basket hanging piece 4 rotates reversely, paint sprayed from the nozzle 13 in the process of reverse rotation can be used for painting dead corners which cannot be painted smoothly in the process of forward rotation, the paint spraying quality of the surface of the willow basket is effectively guaranteed, and finally the rack 601 is restored to the initial position along the first fold line sliding groove 502 and separated from the gear 404;
then, the PLC 10 controls the suction pump 11 to stop running and controls the driving motor to continue driving the closed type hanging conveying chain 1 to run, when the willow basket hanging piece 4 moves to the second rack driving mechanism 7, the vertical rod 406 on the willow basket hanging piece 4 is abutted by the trapezoidal guide plate 15, so that the willow basket hanging piece 4 below the universal joint 405 is relatively bent, the lower surface of the willow basket faces the lower end of one side surface of the paint spraying cavity 201, when the willow basket hanging piece moves to a position between the infrared emitter 8 and the infrared receiver 9, the controller 10 continues controlling the second driving mechanism 6 and the suction pump 11 corresponding to the willow basket hanging piece to work, the motion process of the willow basket hanging piece 4 is similar to that before, forward rotation is firstly carried out and then reverse rotation is carried out, and due to the upward inclined arrangement of the nozzle at the position, the paint sprayed by the willow basket hanging piece can be sprayed on the lower surface of the willow basket comprehensively, thereby finishing the surface painting of the whole wicker basket;
and finally, the PLC 10 controls the suction pump 11 to stop running, controls the closed type hanging conveying chain 1 to run, conveys the wicker basket after paint spraying to a drying box 16 for hot air drying, and then takes down the wicker basket at the downstream of the drying box 16.
In addition, the distance between two adjacent wicker basket hangers 4 and the distance between the first rack driving mechanism 6 and the second rack driving mechanism 7 can be reasonably set, so that the two adjacent wicker basket hangers can be subjected to paint spraying treatment in the paint spraying box 2 at the same time, and the paint spraying processing efficiency is improved.

the wicker basket paint spraying pendant comprises a square block welded to the lower surface of a chain link on a closed hanging conveying chain, a bearing is arranged on the lower surface of the square block, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected in the bearing, a gear is welded in the middle of the rotating shaft, the lower end of the rotating shaft is connected with a universal joint, the lower end of the universal joint is connected with a vertical rod, the lower end of the vertical rod is connected with an arc-shaped rod, and two ends of the arc-shaped rod are connected with two lock catch hooks;
the inner upper end of the paint spraying box is provided with a partition board, the partition board divides the interior of the paint spraying box into a paint spraying cavity and a driving cavity, the closed type hanging conveying chain is arranged at the upper end of the driving cavity, a strip-shaped opening capable of passing through a rotating shaft is formed in the partition board, a gear of the wickerwork basket paint spraying hanging piece is positioned above the strip-shaped opening when entering the interior of the paint spraying box, the universal joint is positioned below the strip-shaped opening, a first fold line chute is formed in the upper surface of the partition board close to the inlet of the paint spraying box and is composed of a straight line section and an oblique line section, the straight line section is parallel to the strip-shaped opening and is arranged close to the strip-shaped opening, the oblique line section is connected with the end part of the straight line section far away from the inlet of the paint spraying box, the oblique line section is bent towards one side far away from the strip-shaped opening, a first rack driving mechanism is arranged above the first fold line chute, and a second fold line chute is formed in the upper surface of the partition board close to the outlet of the paint spraying box, the second fold line sliding groove is in mirror symmetry with the first fold line sliding groove, a second rack driving mechanism is arranged above the second fold line sliding groove, and the wicker basket paint spraying hanging piece enters the paint spraying box to be matched with the first rack driving mechanism and the second rack driving mechanism in sequence;
