the first piston 603 is arranged in the feeding cylinder 600, the first piston 603 is linked with a pre-tightening roller set, and when the pre-tightening roller set operates, the first piston 603 reciprocates in the feeding cylinder 600.
Therefore, in the implementation of the feeding mechanism provided in the embodiment of the present invention, when the first piston 603 moves downward in the feeding cylinder 600, the fluid paint in the paint box 200 enters the feeding cylinder 600 through the feeding inlet pipe 605, and when the first piston 603 moves upward in the feeding cylinder 600, the fluid paint in the feeding cylinder 600 is sent to the spraying mechanism through the feeding outlet pipe 601.
Referring to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a stirring mechanism is further disposed in the paint tank 200, and the paint in the paint tank 200 is kept in a homogeneous state by the stirring mechanism.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the stirring mechanism includes a stirring shaft 202 rotatably disposed in the paint tank 200, the stirring shaft 202 is sequentially provided with a stirring strut 203, a stirring blade 201, and a stirring diagonal rod 204, the stirring mechanism further includes a stirring motor 205 for driving the stirring shaft 202 to rotate, the stirring motor 205 is fixedly disposed on the paint tank 200, and in this embodiment, the stirring shaft 202 is driven to rotate by the stirring motor 205, and further the stirring blade 201, the stirring shaft 202, and the stirring diagonal rod 204 are driven to rotate, so as to perform uniform stirring treatment on the paint in the paint tank 200.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the spraying mechanism includes a paint spraying cylinder 900 fixedly installed on the spraying tunnel 300, the bottom end of the piston block 904 has an inclined surface, and the feeding pipe 601 is connected to the paint spraying cylinder 900, so that the paint can enter the paint spraying cylinder 900 through the feeding pipe 601, and the inclined surface faces the connection position of the feeding pipe 601 and the paint spraying cylinder 900.
Further, the spraying mechanism further comprises a first paint spraying nozzle 901 and a second paint spraying nozzle 902, the first paint spraying nozzle 901 and the second paint spraying nozzle 902 are connected with a discharge port of the paint spraying cylinder 900, a paint spraying pump 903 is arranged at the joint of the first paint spraying nozzle 901 and the paint spraying cylinder 900 and the joint of the second paint spraying nozzle 902 and the paint spraying cylinder 900, and paint in the paint spraying cylinder 900 is atomized and sprayed out through the first paint spraying nozzle 901 and the second paint spraying nozzle 902 through the paint spraying pump 903. The first paint spraying nozzle 901 and the second paint spraying nozzle 902 are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the sprayed plate 100, so that the double-sided spraying effect of the sprayed plate 100 is realized; the inside of the paint spraying cylinder 900 is provided with a piston block 904 through a support spring 905 in a supporting manner, and the piston block 904 is arranged and used for enabling the paint spraying cylinder 900 to store a certain amount of paint liquid, so that the paint liquid keeps a certain pressure and is atomized and sprayed out through a first paint spraying nozzle 901 and a second paint spraying nozzle 902.
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 7 and 8, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the double-sided spray coating device further includes a pre-tightening mechanism, the pre-tightening mechanism includes a pre-tightening adjusting box 500, and two adjusting members are disposed on the pre-tightening adjusting box 500; the pre-tightening roller group comprises a first pre-tightening roller group 306 and a second pre-tightening roller group 307, the distance between two roller group units included in the first pre-tightening roller group 306 is adjusted through one adjusting part, the distance between two roller group units included in the second pre-tightening roller group 307 is adjusted through the other adjusting part, and the two adjusting parts are driven through a forward and backward rotation motor 501.
Specifically, in a preferred embodiment provided by the present invention, an adjusting cavity 502 is formed on the pre-tightening adjusting box 500, the adjusting part includes an adjusting screw 503 rotatably disposed in the adjusting cavity 502, the external threads at two ends of the adjusting screw 503 have opposite rotation directions, the adjusting part further includes two adjusting sliders 504, the two adjusting sliders 504 are both sleeved at two ends of the adjusting screw 503 in a threaded connection manner, and the two roller set units are respectively rotatably mounted on the two adjusting sliders 504.
Further, an output shaft of the forward and reverse rotation motor 501 is linked with the adjusting screw rod 503, wherein a driving sprocket 506 is arranged on the output shaft of the forward and reverse rotation motor 501, a driven sprocket 505 is arranged on the adjusting screw rod 503, and the driven sprocket 505 is connected with the driving sprocket 506 through a transmission chain 507.
Therefore, in the use of the pre-tightening mechanism provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the adjusting screw 503 is driven to rotate by the forward and reverse rotation motor 501, and further, the distance between the two adjusting sliders 504 and further the distance between the two roller set units can be adjusted according to the rotation direction of the adjusting screw 503.
Further, the first piston 603 and the push-pull sleeve frame 309 are fixedly connected through a first piston rod 604, the push-pull sleeve frame 309 is slidably sleeved on the two push-pull guide pillars 310, one push-pull guide pillar 310 is eccentrically installed on the roller set unit located above the first pre-tightening roller set 306, and the other push-pull guide pillar 310 is eccentrically installed on the roller set unit located above the second pre-tightening roller set 307, so that when the roller set unit rotates, the push-pull guide pillars 310 can be driven to do circular motion, the effect of pushing the push-pull sleeve frame 309 to do reciprocating motion in the vertical direction is achieved, and the effect of enabling the first piston 603 to do reciprocating motion up and down in the feeding cylinder 600 is achieved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the roller set unit is attached to the surface of the spraying plate 100, the surface of the roller set unit is frosted, so that on one hand, the friction between the roller set unit and the spraying plate 100 is improved, which is beneficial to driving the roller set unit to rotate during the movement of the spraying plate 100, and on the other hand, the surface of the spraying plate 100 can be roughened, which improves the adhesion effect of paint mist when a subsequent spraying mechanism sprays the surface of the spraying plate 100.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, a guide roller set 308 is further disposed in the paint spraying chamber 301, and the guide roller set 308 is located between the spraying mechanism and the second pre-tightening roller set 307, and plays a role of guiding and supporting the moving sprayed sheet 100.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, an air drying assembly and a discharge roller set 304 are sequentially disposed in the quick drying chamber 302 along the feeding path of the sprayed sheet 100; the spraying roadway 300 is also provided with an air supply mechanism for supplying air to the air drying assembly.
With reference to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6, the gas supply mechanism includes a gas supply cylinder 700 fixedly mounted on the spraying roadway 300, a second piston 705 is disposed in the gas supply cylinder 700, the second piston 705 is linked with the second pre-tightening roller set 307, wherein the second piston 705 is supported and fixedly connected with a push-pull sleeve frame 309 through a second piston rod 706, a push-pull guide pillar 310 is eccentrically mounted on a roller set unit included in the second pre-tightening roller set 307, and the push-pull sleeve frame 309 is slidably sleeved on the push-pull guide pillar 310.
Further, an air supply inlet pipe 703 and an air supply outlet pipe 701 are respectively arranged on the air supply cylinder 700, a second air supply one-way valve 708 for allowing outside air to enter the air supply cylinder 700 through the air supply inlet pipe 703 is arranged on the air supply inlet pipe 703, and a filter 704 is arranged at an inlet of the air supply inlet pipe 703; the air supply outlet pipe 701 is provided with a first air supply check valve 707 for sending air in the air supply cylinder 700 to the seasoning assembly through the air supply outlet pipe 701.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 5, a heating box 702 is further disposed on the spraying roadway 300, an electric heating net 709 is disposed in the heating box 702, and the heating box 702 is connected in series to the air supply outlet pipe 701.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the paint spraying chamber 301 is further provided with a heat exchanging cylinder 800, a plurality of flow blocking plates 801 are uniformly distributed on an inner wall of an inner cavity of the heat exchanging cylinder 800, and the feeding-out pipe 601 coaxially penetrates through the heat exchanging cylinder 800.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, a heat exchange air pipe 906 is sleeved on the paint spraying cylinder 900, one end of the heat exchange air pipe 906 is connected with the air drying assembly through the blowing pipe 402, and the other end of the heat exchange air pipe 906 is connected with the heat exchange cylinder 800 through a vent pipe 802.
As shown in fig. 1, the air drying assembly includes a blowing plate 401, the blowing plate 401 is supported and installed in the quick drying cavity 302, the air drying assembly further includes two air blowing nozzles 400, the two air blowing nozzles 400 are both installed on the blowing plate 401, the two air blowing nozzles 400 are respectively located at the upper side and the lower side of the coated sheet material 100, and the two air blowing nozzles 400 are both connected with the air blowing pipes 402.
In summary, in the double-sided spray coating apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the end portion of the spray sheet 100 is first placed on the feeding roller set 303, the spray sheet 100 is moved along the feeding direction by the driving of the feeding roller set 303, when the spray sheet 100 moves to be matched with the first pre-tightening roller set 306 and the second pre-tightening roller set 307, the roller set units included in the first pre-tightening roller set 306 and the second pre-tightening roller set 307 are tightly attached to the spray sheet 100, the moving spray sheet 100 can drive the roller set units to rotate, the rotating roller set units can drive the feeding mechanism and the air supply mechanism to operate simultaneously, and since the surfaces of the roller set units are frosted, when the roller set units are tightly attached to the surfaces of the spray sheet 100, on one hand, the friction between the roller set units and the spray sheet 100 is increased, which is beneficial for driving the roller set units to rotate during the movement of the spray sheet 100, on the other hand, the surface of the sprayed plate 100 can be roughened, so that the adhesion effect of paint mist is improved when a subsequent spraying mechanism sprays the surface of the sprayed plate 100; wherein the feeding assembly is used for supplying paint liquid to the paint spraying cylinder 900 of the spraying mechanism so as to perform double-sided spraying on the feeding moving spraying plate 100 by using the first paint spraying nozzle 901 and the second paint spraying nozzle 902; the air supply mechanism is used for supplying air to the air drying assembly so that the surface of the sprayed plate 100 can be quickly air-dried, and the hot air provided by the air supply assembly can keep the temperature of the paint liquid of the feeding mechanism to ensure the flowability of the paint liquid.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of a preferred embodiment, but not limiting. When the invention is implemented, appropriate replacement and/or modification can be carried out according to the requirements of users.
The number of apparatuses and the scale of the process described herein are intended to simplify the description of the present invention. Applications, modifications and variations of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art.

Claims (8)
1. Two-sided spraying device is used in kitchen equipment production, its characterized in that, the device includes:
the spraying tunnel is internally divided by a tunnel partition plate to form a spraying cavity and a quick drying cavity;
a feeding roller set, a pre-tightening roller set and a spraying mechanism are sequentially arranged in the paint spraying cavity along a feeding path of the sprayed plate;
the feeding mechanism is used for supplying the coating to the spraying mechanism;
the device also comprises a pre-tightening mechanism, wherein the pre-tightening mechanism comprises a pre-tightening adjusting box, and two adjusting pieces are arranged on the pre-tightening adjusting box; the pre-tightening roller set comprises a first pre-tightening roller set and a second pre-tightening roller set, the distance between two roller set units of the first pre-tightening roller set is adjusted through one adjusting part, the distance between two roller set units of the second pre-tightening roller set is adjusted through the other adjusting part, and the two adjusting parts are driven through a forward and backward rotating motor;
the feeding mechanism includes: a paint box;
the feeding cylinder is fixedly installed on the spraying roadway, a feeding outlet pipe and a feeding inlet pipe are respectively arranged on the feeding cylinder, the feeding outlet pipe is connected with the spraying mechanism, and a second feeding one-way valve used for enabling paint in the paint box to enter the feeding cylinder in a one-way mode through the feeding inlet pipe is arranged on the feeding inlet pipe; the feeding outlet pipe is provided with a first feeding one-way valve for discharging the paint in the feeding cylinder in a one-way manner through the feeding outlet pipe;
the first piston is arranged in the feeding cylinder, the first piston is linked with the pre-tightening roller set, and the pre-tightening roller set enables the first piston to reciprocate in the feeding cylinder when in operation;
the paint box is fixedly arranged on a spraying roadway, a stirring mechanism is arranged in the paint box, the spraying mechanism comprises a paint spraying cylinder fixedly arranged on the spraying roadway, the spraying mechanism also comprises a first paint spraying nozzle and a second paint spraying nozzle, the first paint spraying nozzle and the second paint spraying nozzle are both connected with a discharge port of the paint spraying cylinder, paint spraying pumps are respectively arranged at the joint of the first paint spraying nozzle and the paint spraying cylinder and the joint of the second paint spraying nozzle and the paint spraying cylinder, and the first paint spraying nozzle and the second paint spraying nozzle are respectively positioned at the upper side and the lower side of a sprayed plate;
the spray painting device is characterized in that a piston block is supported and arranged in the spray painting barrel through a supporting spring, the bottom end of the piston block is provided with an inclined plane, the feeding outlet pipe is connected with the spray painting barrel, and the inclined plane faces towards the joint of the feeding outlet pipe and the spray painting barrel.

The double-sided spraying device for producing kitchen equipment according to claim 1, wherein the pre-tightening adjusting box is provided with an adjusting cavity, the adjusting part comprises an adjusting screw rod rotatably arranged in the adjusting cavity, the external threads at two ends of the adjusting screw rod are opposite in rotation direction, the adjusting part further comprises two adjusting slide blocks, the two adjusting slide blocks are sleeved at two ends of the adjusting screw rod in a threaded connection mode, the two roller set units are respectively rotatably arranged on the two adjusting slide blocks, and an output shaft of a forward and reverse rotating motor is linked with the adjusting screw rod.

The double-sided spraying device for producing kitchen equipment according to claim 2, wherein the first piston is fixedly connected with a push-pull sleeve frame through a first piston rod, the push-pull sleeve frame is slidably sleeved on the two push-pull guide pillars, one push-pull guide pillar is eccentrically installed on the roller set unit located above the first pre-tightening roller set, and the other push-pull guide pillar is eccentrically installed on the roller set unit located above the second pre-tightening roller set.
4. The double-sided coating apparatus for manufacturing kitchen equipment according to claim 3, wherein the surface of the roller set unit is frosted.

The double-sided spray coating device for kitchen equipment production according to claim 4, wherein an air drying assembly and a discharging roller set are sequentially arranged in the quick drying cavity along a feeding path of a spray coating plate; and an air supply mechanism used for supplying air to the air drying assembly is further arranged on the spraying roadway.

The double-sided spraying device for producing kitchen equipment according to claim 5, wherein the gas supply mechanism comprises a gas supply cylinder fixedly mounted on the spraying roadway, a second piston is arranged in the gas supply cylinder, and the second piston is linked with the second pre-tightening roller set, wherein the second piston is fixedly connected with a push-pull sleeve frame through a second piston rod support, a push-pull guide pillar is eccentrically mounted on a roller set unit of the second pre-tightening roller set, and the push-pull sleeve frame is slidably sleeved on the push-pull guide pillar;
the air supply cylinder is provided with an air supply inlet pipe and an air supply outlet pipe respectively, the air supply inlet pipe is provided with a second air supply one-way valve for enabling outside air to enter the air supply cylinder through the air supply inlet pipe, and an inlet of the air supply inlet pipe is provided with a filter; the air supply outlet pipe is provided with a first air supply one-way valve used for conveying air in the air supply cylinder to the air drying assembly through the air supply outlet pipe.

The double-sided spraying device for producing the kitchen equipment as claimed in claim 6, wherein a heating box is further arranged on the spraying roadway, an electric heating net is arranged in the heating box, and the heating box is connected in series to the air supply outlet pipe; the spray painting cavity is also provided with a heat exchange cylinder, a plurality of spoilers are uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the inner cavity of the heat exchange cylinder, and the feeding outlet pipe coaxially penetrates through the heat exchange cylinder; the paint spraying device is characterized in that a heat exchange air pipe is sleeved on the paint spraying cylinder, one end of the heat exchange air pipe is connected with the air drying assembly through a blowing pipe, and the other end of the heat exchange air pipe is connected with the heat exchange cylinder through a vent pipe.

The double-sided spraying device for kitchen equipment production according to claim 7, wherein the air drying assembly comprises an air blowing support plate which is supported and installed in the quick drying cavity, and the air drying assembly further comprises two air blowing nozzles which are installed on the air blowing support plate and located on the upper side and the lower side of the sprayed plate respectively, and the two air blowing nozzles are connected with the air blowing pipes.
