BACKGROUND

Clothing design for this category of people should have maximum functionality, ensure independence of people from outside assistance during the operation of products, or provide easy and convenient putting on and taking off clothing by assistants, which is achieved by endowing these clothes with structural and functional elements and aesthetic design of its appearance.

[003] Clothing is an artificial protective cover intended, on the one hand, for human life support and vital functions, and on the other hand, a kind of mechanical device designed to interact with its musculoskeletal apparatus both in statics and in dynamics. It is these circumstances that lead him to a partial or complete dependence on the services of others, if the clothes are not adapted to different situations.

[005] Therefore, when developing special clothing, its shape (device) and function (principle of action) should determine not only the level and nature of the defect of the musculoskeletal system, but also the physiological, gender and age characteristics of people with disabilities, as well as structural and functional capabilities the technical means of rehabilitation used by them (prostheses, orthoses, strollers, etc.).
