Description

The proposed product relates to light industry, in particular to the production of specialized adaptive clothing for men with limited mobility (EFA) who are not able to move independently, with complete immobility of the lower extremities with partial or normal functioning of the upper limbs and upper body. The jacket provides a comfortable state of the person (KSCh), who is in a wheelchair. The jacket is designed for indoor and outdoor use. Jacket for men of all age groups. It can be manufactured at a sewing enterprise of any capacity and form of ownership.

Known sewing product described in [Set of outerwear for people with disabilities, patent No. 61098, published 02.27.2007]. The kit includes a jacket for people with EFA. Jacket with one-piece cut sleeves, the lower part of the sleeve with a gusset made of mesh fabric to ensure the necessary air exchange. The lower part of the sleeve is made with a figured overlay for greater resistance to abrasion. The bottom of the sleeve is decorated with a stitched cuff, the width of the sleeve is fixed with elastic braid embedded inside the cuff. On the details of the front there are patch pockets with a valve with two inputs: a traditional upper entrance from the side of the valve and a side (vertical) entrance. The closest in technical essence and number of signs to the claimed technical solution is the prototype (Fig. 1), described in [Jacket for people with mobility impairments (wheelchair users) and (or) amputation or congenital defects of both upper limbs at different levels, Patent No. 84680, published July 20, 2009]. The jacket with combined sleeves has a cut upper part - one-piece, the lower one - raglan, and the upper parts of the sleeves are one-piece with yoke shelves and backs, have a detachable zipper along the upper seam, facilitating the actions of service persons (the zipper on the outside is covered with a bar). The disadvantages of this technical solution are the following elements: the absence of transformable elements, which limits the use of the jacket to climatic conditions and one temperature regime; the design device and the location of the pocket limits the dynamic capabilities of the hand; the design of the sleeve in the elbow does not repeat the natural shape of the arm in a bent position; insufficient ergonomics of the back in the area of the shoulder blades, which limits freedom of movement on a wheelchair: not an ergonomic design device of the bottom of the jacket, which leads to excessive accumulation of material in the thigh area from the front; insufficient length of the zipper in the side seam limits the functionality of the product.

The proposed technical solution eliminates these disadvantages.

The objectives of the claimed technical solution are:

- to increase the versatility of the product for its intended purpose and the ability to use a jacket under various weather conditions and temperature conditions, which is of particular importance for people with impaired homeostasis and increased activity of the body and hands;

- providing increased comfort for men moving with wheelchairs by maximizing the static-dynamic correspondence of the product to the figure of a man of the selected group;

- increasing the independence of men with EFA, including due to the convenience of removing and putting on a jacket and the use of its functionally constructive parts;

- taking into account the psychophysiological state of men with EFA and the features of their physique, creating an ergonomic jacket design that repeats the natural contours of the surfaces of the lower and upper extremities of a man in a wheelchair and is adequate to the conditions of the “man with EFA - clothing - environment - wheelchair” system ;

- Convenience for the implementation of domestic, life processes, subjecting the product to character and comfort when performing traditional movements for men with EFA;

- creation of a jacket design for men with EFA, which has a high degree of safety during the operation of the product and contributes to an increase in household independence.

The presence of a detachable braid-zipper in the side seams increases the ergonomic and functional level during operation of the product.

The location of the entrance to the pocket meets the dynamic capabilities of the hands, including, with their minimum mobility, stabilizes the balance of a person with EFA in a wheelchair and contributes to the safety of men.

The special configuration of the bottom of the jacket allows you to create an ergonomic design with a shortened length of the product along the midline of the front and an increased length along the midline of the back, repeating the natural contours of the upper surface of the lower extremities of the man sitting in the chair, which increases comfort during use and avoids excessive layering of material on the hips on the front side and at the same time allows you not to unnecessarily rise at the bottom of the jacket from the back on the spine during movements of the body and hands.

The risk of injury from parts of clothing falling into the working bodies of the stroller, as well as from rubbing and crushing sections of the skin with structural elements of clothing, is excluded.
