The technical result of the claimed utility model is the creation of a lightweight curvilinear structural element with a complex profile using cylindrical cardboard sleeves. The technical result is achieved the fact that a lightweight curved structural element containing aruzhnye layers of sheet metal, preferably of wood materials and is connected with them by gluing an inner layer consisting of cardboard sleeves longitudinally extending cylindrical form, according to the utility model, the outer layers have a bend in a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the carton sleeves.
Description
The invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to the production of structural elements for the manufacture of building structures, various pieces of furniture and the embodiment of design solutions.
20.04.2011].Such a material is known as a construction and finishing panel, the internal filler of which is made of bamboo, made in the form of a honeycomb cellular structure. In this material, the filler consists of one or more layers, between the layers of the inner filler layers of sheet material in the form of panels of bamboo, plywood, cardboard or paper are placed. And between the layers of sheet material and cellular cells in the form of cylinders a reinforcing mesh is placed and adhesive layers are applied, connecting the sheet material with cylinders made of bamboo, cardboard or plastic. The reinforcing mesh can be made of fiberglass, plastic, metal [see RU 103548, cl.
The disadvantage of this material is that when using a reinforcing mesh of plastic or metal, the weight of the structure increases. There is also difficulty in the further processing of this plate due to the use of metal mesh.
20.04.2009].There is a method of manufacturing curved parts used in particular in furniture manufacturing for such parts as doors, sash, decorative plates or facade details. The method of manufacture includes the preparation of the workpiece from layers of wood fiber fine fractions, bending the workpiece simultaneously with gluing. The layers are glued together under pressure, and in the process of gluing and bending, a high-frequency current is applied [see RU 2352455, cl.
The disadvantage of this method is the complexity of the manufacturing technology, since it uses high frequency current. Also for this method is the difficulty to choose the adhesive for bonding in the field of high frequency currents.
US 3228822, кл. 11.01.1966].The prior art construction panel (structural plate material), containing the outer layers of sheet material and the inner layer of long tubular elements made of plastic, paper or other similar material arranged parallel to each other and the outer layers. The tubular elements and the outer layers are bonded to each other by gluing [see US 3228822, CL E04C2 / 34b publ. 01/11/1966].
The disadvantage of this method is that it is used only for the manufacture of flat elements of various designs. This structural plate material is taken as a prototype.
The technical result of the claimed utility model is the creation of a lightweight curvilinear structural element with a complex profile using cylindrical cardboard sleeves.
The technical result is achieved by the fact that a lightweight curvilinear structural element containing the outer layers of sheet, mainly wood materials and connected to them by gluing the inner layer consisting of longitudinally arranged cylindrical cardboard sleeves, according to the utility model, the outer layers have a bend in a plane perpendicular longitudinal axes of cardboard sleeves.
The drawing shows a lightweight curvilinear structural element consisting of two outer layers and one inner layer. The
For the formation of the inner layer can be used as new products of cardboard sleeves, and waste cardboard sleeves from winding roll materials. Each of the outer layers of a lightweight curvilinear structural element may consist of several sheets, and it can be sheets of different materials.
The advantages of a lightweight curvilinear structural element are low weight, low material consumption, the ability to create curved structures for building products, furniture parts and design ideas, as well as cost reduction due to the use of cardboard sleeves for the inner layer.
