Вальцы связаны между собой звездочками. Звездочки четных и нечетных вальцов установлены снаружи рамы с разных ее сторон с возможностью вращения четных и нечетных вальцов с разной частотой. Очищенные корнеплоды в зависимости от степени загрязнения и назначения в дальнейшем поступают с очистителя на либо мойку, либо на дальнейшую сортировку и подработку. Размещение звездочек четных и нечетных вальцов снаружи рамы 1 с разных ее сторон с возможностью вращения четных и нечетных вальцов с разной частотой, а также различные коэффициенты трения поверхностей четных и нечетных вальцов повышает оборачиваемость корнеплодов при их движении по вальцам 2. При переходе корнеплодов с нечетного вальца на четный из-за различной частоты вращения и различного коэффициента трения также происходит повышение оборачиваемости корнеплодов вокруг своей оси, тем самым увеличивается поверхность контакта очищаемого продукта с поверхностью вальцов, благодаря чему улучшается процесс отделения почвы от корнеплодов.Cleaner root crops from the soil works as follows.
