Abstract
2 з. п. Usage: the chain sprocket provides increased durability by reducing the wear of the chain plates interacting with its teeth, and expanding the scope due to its monolithic design. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: sprocket 1 has a tooth 2, the end surface of which in cross section is convex with a radius R, and the end surface of tooth 2 on the leg 4 has a concave shape. Upon contact with the chain, the side plates rub against the side surfaces of the tooth 2 when skewed, come into contact with them at the point around which an oil wedge is created to absorb the load, or in the absence of oil, the abrasive and dirt are removed from the surface of the plate and fall into a thinned the part of the brand from where it spills out, which reduces the wear of the chain and sprocket. 2 s. Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to parts of a mechanical axle, in particular to gear wheels, and can be used in chain wheel sprockets.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the bearing capacity by reducing the wear of the plate plates of the chain and expanding the scope due to the monolithic structure.
2.In FIG. 1 shows the proposed sprocket with a convex end section of the tooth; n FIG. 2 - an asterisk of a chain transmission with a curved surface of an end section of a tooth; in FIG. 3 is a section AA in FIG. 2; in FIG. 4 section BB in FIG. 2.
R.The sprocket 1 has a tooth 2, consisting of a head 3 and a leg 4, separated by a dividing line 5. The end surface of the teeth 2 in a tangential section is convex with a radius R, and the end surface of the tooth 2 on the leg 4 has the shape of a tee with widened parts 6. 7, forming the width of the working surfaces 8, 9 of tooth 2, while the head of tooth 2 is convex with a radius R.
The asterisk works as follows. Upon contact with the chain, the side plates, when skewed, rub against the side surfaces of the tooth 2, in contact with them at the point around which an oil wedge is created to absorb the load, or, in the absence of oil, abrasive and dirt

2), откуда высыпаютс наружу, что также снижает износ цепи и звездочки.they are removed from the surface of the chain plate and fall into the thinned part of the brand (Fig. 2), from where they pour out, which also reduces the wear of the chain and sprocket.
The invention is illustrated by the following example.
A chain sprocket was made having convex tooth ends 2 with a pitch of 7 mm, the number of teeth having a radius of the tooth end rounded to mm. In addition, an asterisk with a curved tooth face with a pitch of 7 mm, the number of teeth and a convex tooth head was manufactured.
Preliminary test results indicate the possibility of increasing the wear resistance of the chain by 1.5-2 times in comparison with the prototype.
