Technical field
The utility model relates to the construction of RFID tags for marking and contactless automated identification of predominantly tubeless rubber tires of pneumatic wheels of vehicles.
State of the art
Non-contact automated radio frequency identification (in the English abbreviation RFID, i.e. Radio Frequency Identification) includes:
маркировку контролируемого объекта радиочастотной меткой, содержащей RFID-чип и подключенную к нему, как правило, плоскую антенну,marking of the controlled object with an RF tag containing an RFID chip and, as a rule, a flat antenna connected to it,
запись на RFID-чип идентификационных данных о маркированном объекте через радиоканал в УВЧ-диапазоне обычно на частотах 860-960 МГц иrecording on the RFID chip identification data about a marked object via a radio channel in the UHF band, usually at frequencies of 860-960 MHz and
автоматическое считывание идентификационных данных через тот же радиоканал при попадании контролируемого объекта в зону действия считывателя.automatic reading of identification data through the same radio channel when a controlled object enters the reader's coverage area.
Most modern RFID tags are cheap and widely available mass-produced products. Therefore, they are widely used:
для защиты товаров от хищений и фальсификации,to protect goods from theft and tampering,
для логистического менеджмента (особенно в сбыте товаров массового спроса),for logistics management (especially in the sale of consumer goods),
д.to control the movement of goods from manufacturers to end users, etc.
So, to prevent theft at retail enterprises, RFID tags are used based on RFID chips and flat antennas glued between paper or plastic film linings. Such labels are placed inside the package or attached to the package of goods whose theft they want to exclude.
However, there are many products that, during transportation or during operation, may experience mechanical stress that could result in the loss and / or damage of radio frequency tags.
For example, products of forestry and primary processing, such as whips, round logs and sawlogs, often experience accidental shock loads on the way from cutting areas to consumers. Therefore, these products are marked with radio frequency tags using clips that provide a strong connection to the wood. Examples include box-shaped wedge-shaped retainers according to EP 2816508, holders in the form of hollow non-standard nails with radiotransparent hats according to CN 101737389 or non-standard screws according to US 6239737 and many others.
Rubber tires of pneumatic wheels of vehicles are very specific objects of automated identification, because during operation they interact with a road that is not always covered with asphalt, and, accordingly, experience cyclic alternating and random shock loads, which can lead to the separation of the antenna from the RFID chip and / or to break the antenna.
Obviously, the RFID tags mounted on rubber tires must be protected from damage due to the mentioned operational loads.
There are known attempts to increase the resistance of RF tags to operational loads either by imparting a sinusoidal (TW 200641691 A1) or spiral shape (US 2011175778 A1), or by manufacturing multilayer antennas (US 9385420 B2). However, such improvements do not preclude the need for external protection of RFID chips and antennas from impact damage.
Известны также попытки повысить устойчивость радиочастотных меток к эксплуатационным нагрузкам путем введения жесткой подложки под RFID-чип и зону его соединения с антенной (US 2012305151 А1) или наплыва материала над местом крепления RFID-чипа к антенне (WO 2013/147479 А1).Attempts are also known to increase the resistance of RF tags to operational loads by introducing a rigid substrate under the RFID chip and the area of its connection with the antenna (US 2012305151 A1) or the influx of material above the attachment point of the RFID chip to the antenna (WO 2013/147479 A1).
Local reinforcements are not reliable enough on impact. Therefore, in order to increase resistance to shock loads, RFID tags are preferred that have clips that completely cover the RFID chip and antenna.
US 2015/083811 A1 discloses a radio frequency tag having a latch in the form of a closed rubber shell, an elastic filler of this shell, and an RFID chip and antenna immersed in it.
Such a mark can be installed inside a chamber or tubeless rubber tire during its assembly and is securely fixed during vulcanization. Naturally, the rubber shell and elastic filler noticeably damp cyclic alternating loads on the RFID chip and antenna. However, they do not exclude their damage during sudden jolts and bumps that are unavoidable when vehicles move on poor roads and, especially, on impassable roads. Moreover, such a radio-frequency tag is very laborious to manufacture.
The closest analogue of a utility model is disclosed in WO 2016/053933 A1. A well-known RFID tag for rubber tires has:
п.) и соответствуют по форме в плане и по площади RFID-чипу с антенной, the outer linings, which are referred to in the English text and indicated on the drawings respectively as the “front layer” and “lining”, are made primarily of hard polymeric material (for example: polyethylene terephthalate, polyamide, kraft paper, multi-layer synthetic fabric, etc.) and correspond in shape in plan and in area to an RFID chip with an antenna,
по меньшей мере один грунтовочный слой (в частности, нанесенный на внутреннюю сторону обкладки, которая служит «лицевым слоем»),at least one primer layer (in particular, deposited on the inner side of the lining, which serves as the "front layer"),
упомянутый RFID-чип с антенной иsaid RFID chip with antenna and
по меньшей мере один адгезионноактивный (клеевой) слой, обязательно нанесенный на RFID-чип и антенну.at least one adhesive (adhesive) layer, necessarily applied to the RFID chip and antenna.
After curing this layer, the RFID chip and antenna are firmly fixed between the outer plates. To ensure strength, additional adhesive layers and hard linings can be used.
Known radio frequency tags are glued on one side mainly on the inner surfaces of the sides of the rubber tires.
This is convenient for marking any finished tires, because their cavities are accessible until they are mounted on rims, but especially for marking tire tubes, because even in cases of peeling, the marks are sandwiched between the sides of the tires and the inflatable chambers and are therefore easily accessible for recording and reading identification information .
Unfortunately, well-known hard RFID tags are practically unsuitable for the efficient marking of tubeless rubber tires. Really,
наклеивание снаружи на борта готовых бескамерных шин делает практически неизбежным отрыв и утрату таких жестких меток при езде по плохим дорогам и, тем более, по бездорожью;sticking the finished tubeless tires onto the sides of the tires makes it almost inevitable that these tough marks will be torn off and lost when driving on poor roads and, all the more so, on impassable roads;
наклеивание внутри на поверхность высокоэластичных гермослоев готовых бескамерных шин даже при тщательном подборе клеев не исключает отделение жестких меток от мест крепления, под действием растягивающе-сжимающих эксплуатационных нагрузок на клеевой слой,sticking inside the surface of highly elastic sealing layers of finished tubeless tires even with careful selection of adhesives does not exclude the separation of hard marks from attachment points, under the action of tensile-compressive operational loads on the adhesive layer,
заделывание таких жестких меток между слоями сырой резины при сборке бескамерных шин и их окончательное закрепление вулканизацией неизбежно приводит к локальным нарушениям структуры вулканизированной резины, что может существенно сократить сроки эксплуатации таких шин.termination of such hard marks between the layers of crude rubber during the assembly of tubeless tires and their final fixing by vulcanization inevitably leads to local disturbances in the structure of vulcanized rubber, which can significantly reduce the life of such tires.
Obviously, reducing the stiffness of the plates to weaken the influence of embedded marks on the strength of the rubber is unacceptable, since then tensile-compressive loads can cause the destruction of the antennas or the separation of the RFID chips from them.
Utility Model Essence
В основу полезной модели положена задача усовершенствованием конструкции создать такую радиочастотную метку для резиновых шин, которая позволит полностью вывести RFID-чип с антенной из зоны действия растягивающе-сжимающих эксплуатационных нагрузок (и тем самым повысить надежность меток).The utility model is based on the task of improving the design to create such an RFID tag for rubber tires that will completely remove the RFID chip with the antenna from the range of tensile-compressive operational loads (and thereby increase the reliability of the tags).
This problem is solved in that in an RFID tag for rubber tires having chemically inert outer plates rigidly connected in the working position and an RFID chip with an antenna fixed between them, according to the inventive concept, these plates are provided with a flexible high-elastic shank on one end side.
This design allows you to simply and conveniently pre-fix the RF tag by pinching the specified shank between the rubber strips of the hermetic layer during tire assembly or by gluing it to the inner surface of the crude tire and finally securely fasten this tag during subsequent vulcanization.
The first additional difference is that at least one of the plates has a recess for accommodating an RFID chip with an antenna. This facilitates the assembly of the RF tag.
A second additional difference is that said shank is made of an unvulcanizable material and has at least one perforation hole. When assembling a raw tire, the rubber mixture fills the specified hole, and vulcanization provides an integral connection of the shank with the tire bead rubber.
The third and fourth additional differences consist, respectively, in that said shank of unvulcanizable material is a continuation of either one of the outer linings, or both outer linings. This allows you to reduce the range of materials used in the manufacture of RFID tags.
The fifth additional difference is that the outer linings are rigidly connected through a gasket of vulcanizable material, and the specified shank is a continuation of this gasket.
The choice of one of these forms of shank execution depends on the purpose, weight and size of marked tires and standard sizes of RFID chips with antennas.
