Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к травматологии при пластике сухожилий . Цель - предупреждение спаечного процесса и контрактуры. Сущность: выдел ют дистальный конец поврежденного сухожили и отсекают от места прикреплени . Обнажают место перехода мышцы в сухожилие сгибател и Z -образно рассекают , про- ксимальный конец поврежденного сухожили фиксируют, к месту анатомического прикреплени , после чего соедин ют рассеченные концы мышцы.The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology for tendon plastic surgery.
