Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and is intended for damping torsional vibrations.
Torsion couplings are known, including a housing with a connecting sleeve and rod torsions, a shaft centering sleeve and an elastic shell.
A disadvantage of the known device is the ability to control the stiffness of the rod torsion bar system and, as a consequence, a decrease in the efficiency of use of the device.
VJThe aim of the invention is to expand the operational capabilities of the coupling by providing stiffness control. This goal is achieved by the fact that the known device comprising a tubular housing, adapter and centering sleeves mounted on opposite ends of the housing, rod torsion bars located in the housing cavity along the axis of the coupling and rigidly connected at one end to the adapter sleeve, mounted in the housing coaxially shaft, connected with the second ends of the rod torsion bars and protruding at one end outside the centering sleeve, located at the other end in the adapter sleeve, provided with a stiffness control unit, made in the form of an adjusting sleeve and a ball retainer located in it, while the outer surface of the adjusting sleeve is connected to the inner surface of the centering sleeve according to VJ

средством резьбового соединени , а с валом-посредством контакта шарикового фиксатора с кольцевой канавкой вала, при этом вал установлен с возможностью осевого перемещени относительно переходной и центрирующей втулок и стержневых торсионов .by means of a threaded connection, and with the shaft, through the contact of a ball retainer with the annular groove of the shaft, the shaft being mounted with the possibility of axial movement relative to the adapter and centering bushings and rod torsions.
The drawing shows a General view of the proposed torsion clutch.
7.The torsion clutch has a transition sleeve 1, a rod torsion bar system 2. a tubular body 3, a shaft 4, a centering sleeve 5, an adjustment sleeve b and a ball lock 7.
The torsion clutch operates as follows ..
Under the influence of the torque, the shaft 4 rotates relative to the centering sleeve 5. Then, the torsions 2, bending, accumulate the energy of elastic deformation, and when the external pulse decreases, the shaft is returned to its original position. If it is necessary to change the stiffness of the torsion system, the adjusting sleeve 6 is moved along the thread of the centering sleeve 5. In this case, the retainer ball 7 will set the shaft 4 in the required position, reducing or increasing the length of the torsion bars.
е.Thus, the presence of a torsion clutch stiffness control unit ensures achievement of the set goal - i.e.
расширение эксплуатационных возможностей муфты.expansion of the operational capabilities of the coupling.
