Description
The invention relates to a membrane technique for creating apparatuses for separating solutions by reverse osmosis, ultrafiltration, dialysis and can be used in any industry where fractionation, concentration, and purification of liquid mixtures are necessary. The invention can be found to be predominantly used in the medical and microbiological industries
п. от низкомолекул рных соединений.concentration and purification of high molecular weight enzyme preparations, for example, cytochrome, honsurite, biologically active substances, etc., from low molecular weight compounds.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the hydraulic volume of the apparatus. Achieving this goal will reduce the loss of product during its concentration.
On Fig, 1 is a General view of the proposed membrane apparatus; in FIG. 2 - its longitudinal section.
The following is a specific embodiment of the claimed technical solution.
В корпусе 1 выполнены отводные патрубки 6 дл вывода низкомолекул рных примесей (пермеата).The proposed membrane apparatus comprises a hollow cylindrical body 1, closed at the ends by caps 2 and 3 with coaxial inlet 4 and outlet 5 nozzles, which serve respectively for supplying the initial separable mixture and for discharging the concentrate. In the housing 1, branch pipes 6 are made to discharge low molecular weight impurities (permeate).
In the cavity of the housing 1, a membrane element of hollow fibers 7 made of a polymer material, for example, aromatic polyamide, which are oriented along the central axis of the apparatus, is concentrically disposed to it. The ends of the fibers 7 are rigidly fixed, for example, by pouring them with epoxy to a certain thickness in the end caps. In addition, on the front end plug 8 of the membrane element, a distribution element 9 is made, which is formed by filling from a syringe into the central part of the fiber bundle 7upoxysl

Распределительный элемент ограничен окружностью безволоконного пространства ,resin so that this element is flush with the surface of the end sample of the membrane element. The distribution element is limited by the circumference of the fiber-free space,
The operation of the device is as follows.
5.A separable mixture is fed into the cavity of the fibers 7 through the inlet 4, which enters the distribution element 9 and, deviating to the periphery, enters the hollow fibers 7. During the movement of the separable mixture to the outlet 5 from the solution into the interfiber space of the membrane apparatus low molecular weight impurities (permeate) are removed, from where they are discharged through nozzles 6, and the concentrate is removed through nozzle 5.
0Thus, the positive effect of using the invention is that the hydraulic volume is reduced

Это, в свою очередь, приводит к уменьшению потерь продукта при его мембранном концентрировании .the apparatus by moving the distribution element to the surface of the end plug and reducing, therefore, the hydraulic volume of the cover 2. This, in turn, leads to a reduction in product losses during membrane concentration.
