П р и м е р 1. Коров, больных эндометритом , лечили путем введени лекарственной смеси, содержащей: новокаин 0,75 г, диоксидин 1,5 г, хинозол 0,3 и дистиллированную воду 150 мл. Дл приготовлени смеси навеску новокаина 0,75 г раствор ли в 150 мл дистиллированной воды и стерилизовали кип чением, перед окончанием стерилизации в раствор добавл ли 1 5 г диоксидина и 0,3 г хинозола. Смесь охлаждали до температуры 37-38°С и вводили в межтканевое пространство тазовой полости через точку укола в передневерхнем углу седалищно-пр мокишечной мки посредством шприца Жанэ, соединенного резиновыми шлангом и иглой Боброва, также стерилизованными кип чением, Место инъекции очищали, дезинфицировали. Укол выполн ли под углом 30-45° к плоскости мки параллельно крестцовым подвозикам на глубину 3-7 см в тазовую полость и вливали лекарственную смесь под средним цавлени- ем поршн . Инъекции повтор ли чеоез 48 ч до клинического выздоровлени животных Выздоровление наступало в среднем после 9,6±1,5 процедур в течение 19,2±3,1 дней.
