Abstract

Полезная модель относится к устройствам для тепловой обработки пищевых продуктов - мангалам и может быть использована для запекания на углях мяса, рыбы овощей и других продуктов. Сущность полезной модели - мангал выполнен в виде прямоугольного в плане коробчатого корпуса с возможностью установки над его открытой частью сменных элементов для размещения пищевых продуктов и содержит зону горения твердого топлива внутри коробчатого корпуса, при этом мангал содержит также решетку-колосник, установленную горизонтально внутри коробчатого корпуса, выполненную по его форме и с возможностью размещения на ней зоны горения твердого топлива, а в двух противоположных стенках коробчатого корпуса симметрично относительно их средней линии на одинаковом расстоянии от верхнего края стенок коробчатого корпуса выполнены парные отверстия для штырей, обеспечивающих возможность установки на них решетки-колосника, причем в углах решетки-колосника имеются вертикально ориентированные стойки с горизонтальными верхними загибами, выполненные с возможностью их опоры на верхние края противоположных стенок коробчатого корпуса, а высота вертикально ориентированных стоек выполнена больше, чем расстояние от верхнего края стенок коробчатого корпуса, на котором выполнены парные отверстия для штырей.
