Abstract

Устройство для подачи лесоматериалов к обрабатывающим станкам предназначено для расширения технологических возможностей и возможности осуществления сортировки лесоматериалов на сортименты при подаче лесоматериалов к обрабатывающим станкам. Посередине подвижных челюстей 5 установлена стойка разделитель 7 с разделением рабочего контура на две части. Подвижные челюсти 5 выполнены с возможностью открывания и закрывания их с помощью гидроцилиндров 6 независимо друг от друга. Сортировка лесоматериалов на сортименты осуществляется за счет независимой работы челюстей 5 и стойки разделителя 7, позволяющих получить в рабочей зоне захвата два рабочих полуконтура, в одном из которых может быть зафиксирован нужный сортимент, а второй полуконтур при этом может быть задействован на погрузке или выгрузке другого сортимента.
