ROLL HEAT-INSULATING MATERIAL
The utility model relates to heat-insulating materials, namely to roll insulation elements intended for use in construction for the construction of protective-insulating structures for various purposes, as well as in other sectors of the economy as a heat-insulating layer.
Known heat-insulating material (RU No. 10747, class E 04 B 1/78, 1999) containing cushioning and shielding layers, while the shielding layer is wrinkled in the form of a metal foil.
A disadvantage of the known construction of the insulating material is the difficulty in its manufacture due to the mandatory additional operation of obtaining wrinkles on the surface of the material.
The objective of the utility model is to simplify the production of coiled heat-insulating material while increasing its strength and durability during operation.
The problem is achieved in that in a roll of heat-insulating material containing cushioning and metallized shielding layers, according to a utility model, the cushioning layer is made of fiberglass in the form of a non-woven needle-punched fabric with a mass per unit area of 500 - 2000 g / m, and the shielding layer is in the form of metallized lavsan or alum-shea foil coated on the side
Можно экранирующий слой располагать с одной или обеих сторон прокладочного слоя, при этом частично отпечатывается структура прокладочного слоя.joining the shielding layer to the cushioning layer with a heat sealable layer of polyethylene. At the same time, it is advisable to make a nonwoven needle-punched fabric from aluminoborsilicate or alkaline glass with a thickness of 3-10 mm, in which the diameter of the threads is 6-17 microns. Preferably, the shielding layer is 5-20 microns thick, and the heat sealable layer is 40 to 60 microns thick. It is possible to arrange the shielding layer on one or both sides of the cushioning layer, while the structure of the cushioning layer is partially imprinted.
The characteristics of the needle-punched cloth made of fiberglass are selected in such a way that it was possible to achieve the task. Due to the fact that the shielding layer is equipped with a heat sealable layer of polyethylene, it can be firmly attached to the cushioning layer. And the implementation of the cushioning layer of fiberglass in the form of a nonwoven needle-punched material with a specified mass per unit area gives high strength rolled thermal insulation material with good thermal insulation characteristics. The correlation of the thickness of the shielding layer with the diameter of the glass fibers makes the surface of the rolled material wavy, which ensures its bending strength.
A useful model is presented in figure 1, which shows a roll of heat-insulating material with a shielding layer in the form of a metallized polyester; in FIG. 2 - a shielding layer in the form of aluminum foil.
1.Roll insulation material contains a cushioning layer 1 made of fiberglass in the form of a nonwoven needle-punched fabric and a shielding layer 2 made in the form of a mylar film 3 metallized on the front side with aluminum 4. The shielding layer 2 from the side of its attachment to the cushioning layer 1 is equipped with a heat-sealing layer 5 from polyethylene. The shielding layer 2 can be made of metal foil b, which is also equipped with a heat-sealing layer 5, located on the side of its attachment to the cushion layer 1.
Rolled heat-insulating material is obtained by llandriation. The cushion layer 1 and the shielding layer 2 oriented to the layer 1 by heat-sealing layer 5 are passed through k91lander. at a speed of 4-5 m / min at a temperature of 100-150 °, while the heat-sealing layer 5 made of polyethylene is melted. The molten polyethylene fills the gaps between the glass fibers, fastening them together and between the shielding layer 2. As a result of selecting the thickness of the glass fibers with the film thickness, the surface of the heat-insulating material becomes wavy.
This material having a good heat-insulating ability of 0.041-0.057 W / {m.k.) allows the latter to be used at a temperature of insulated surfaces from minus 60 ° C to plus 130 ° C.
A new rolled thermal insulation material was obtained and tested at Tverstekloplastik OJSC.
