The utility model relates to the field of medicine and cosmetology and relates to cellulite treatment methods, namely it is intended for carrying out therapeutic and health-improving and prophylactic body massage at home.

Cellulitis is a focal fibro-dystrophic change in the subcutaneous fat of the skin, accompanied by impaired microcirculation and lymphatic drainage and edema without cell necrosis. One of the main morphological signs of cellulite is a balloon-like change in fat cells as a result of the accumulation of excess fat in them, which completely fills the fat cell, while the lipolysis process practically does not occur in them. This leads to the appearance of fat lobes with a rectangular cross section, which is manifested on the skin by the appearance of zones of tuberosity and depressions.

In the treatment of cellulite, various methods are used that are necessary to influence all the processes that develop during cellulite: using electric current, factors of mechanical, temperature effects on the affected tissue, etc. Methods of combining effects to enhance microcirculation, absorbable and lipolytic effects are becoming very popular, to stimulate lymph outflow. There are different approaches to the prevention of cellulite, including following a certain diet, exercise, balneological procedures.

The treatment methods can be divided into the following groups:

Treatment using electric current (electrophoresis, lymphatic drainage): The combination of the effect of galvanic or pulsed current on the affected tissue with or without drugs.

In addition, this method leads to an uneven decrease in body fat.

Ultrasound therapy - An ultrasound wave is used to disrupt the fat droplet, improve membrane transport, accelerate metabolic processes, and defibrosize the connective tissue structures that separate fat cells into micro- and macronodules. The use of these funds is associated with the need to use the thermal effect in special beauty parlors, which introduces temporary and financial inconvenience to the process and is not accessible to everyone, and also unacceptable for women (the main category of consumers of anti-cellulite products and programs) who are contraindicated in thermal procedures, massage, mud therapy due to a predisposition to gynecological diseases, for example, tumor orientation.

Local transdermal effects: External products include plasters, bandages, medicated cloths used to affect the skin and underlying tissues, aimed at weight loss, correction of areas of uneven body fat and body modeling. A convenient form for use is the means glued on the problem area, a knitted fabric with anti-cellulite properties, clothes made of the fabric with anti-cellulite properties.

The closest technical solution to the claimed utility model is an elastic knitted fabric with a variable compression effect (US Pat. RF No. 58035). Such an effect determines the massage and anti-cellulite properties of the canvas, associated with the improvement of blood-lymphatic flow, and allowing to prevent the formation of subcutaneous fat deposits, eliminate swelling and tone the skin. The elastic knitted fabric contains two layers, one of the layers of the fabric is made by wave-shaped relief weaving. The disadvantages of the canvas is the absence of a pronounced lymphatic drainage effect and its use is limited only by the compression effect without massage effect. Constant compression can lead to disruption of the activity of blood vessels and lymphatic capillaries in places where the material comes into contact with the human body.

The described methods for the treatment of cellulite have the following common disadvantages - the long term of treatment, the duration of the treatment procedures and their diversity, as well as lack of effectiveness, because at the slightest failure to follow up, relapse is possible. Thus, each anti-cellulite agent known in the art has unpleasant limitations that it is desirable to overcome.

The purpose of creating this utility model is to develop a web for correcting areas of uneven body fat, providing contact with the desired local skin area with maximum comfort, applied to the problem area and having accurate zonal positioning, improving consumer properties, which has a simple manufacturing technology.

The technical result achieved by using the proposed utility model consists in reducing the treatment time as a result of sequential exposure of the affected areas of the skin to the stimulating and massage effects of the canvas by about 20% compared with the known devices.

Such an impact of the claimed utility model determines the massage and anti-cellulite properties of the canvas, affecting all links of pathogenesis: reducing interstitial edema, improving blood and lymph flow, strengthening the vascular wall, preventing excessive deposition of fibrin and collagen, which ultimately prevents the formation of subcutaneous fat deposits eliminates swelling and tones the skin.

After the first applications of the utility model, the skin relief becomes smooth, the skin becomes more toned and firm, skin turgor rises. After repeated 3-5 days of use, within one month, the effect of toning up problem areas of the skin appears: the anatomical contour of the zones affected by cellulite normalizes.

The proposed fabric is convenient and easy to use, aesthetically pleasing during medical and health manipulations, creates psycho-emotional comfort for the patient, does not contain harmful substances in the composition of granules and material, is hypoallergenic.

When using the claimed fabric improves microcirculation, which allows to achieve the following results: significantly increases capillary circulation, stimulates the metabolism between the cell and intercellular fluid; interstitial edema is eliminated; lymph circulation improves significantly, which helps to achieve the desired cosmetic effect (tubercles and dimples in problem areas of the body are removed); connective tissues become more flexible and soft; the structure and quality of the skin are optimized as a result of stimulating the activity of hormonal and sebaceous glands.
