Abstract

The utility model relates to agriculture and can be used in horticulture when growing seedlings.

Known tent structure (Av. St. No. 1133370 from 01/07/85. E04H 15/36) containing an arched frame made of arches and fan-shaped end arched elements, tent covering fixed around the perimeter. However, this building is stationary, bulky, inseparable.

It is also known "Collapsible tent structure" (RF patent No. 2037016 from 08.28.91. E04B 1/32), containing a frame of a number of tubular arches with roller bearings at the ends mounted on rails with the ability to move along them, and tent covering, equipped with supporting panel sections with hinged supports, clips, longitudinal rods, while the panel sections are fastened on both sides by detachable connections, and the guides are made U-shaped and mounted on the upper face of the panel sections.

However, this tent structure is complex in design, it requires guides to move it, which increases the cost of time and money in the manufacture and operation.

Known greenhouse (Av. St. 1713496 from 02.23.92. A01G 9/24) containing installed on the base of the tubular frame, made in the form of arches, which are connected in the longitudinal direction by pipes. However, this design is stationary, not collapsible and is not adjustable in width.

The technical result - simplicity of design and lower material costs, increased labor productivity. The technical solution to the problem is achieved through the use in the design of the device of a tubular frame made of arched segments fastened with bolts and couplers using bushings, supporting elements with wheels, pockets for tools, folding benches, and tent coverings.

The fixture frame consists of three pairs of outer 1 (Fig. 1) and three pairs of inner 2 arched segments providing the necessary structural rigidity. Each pair of segments is interconnected by detachable bolt connections 3. In the longitudinal direction, the arched segments are connected by ties 4, 5 with the help of bushings 6, welded to the arched segments and supporting elements 7, to which the axles are welded for fastening three pairs of wheels 8. The wheels provide ease of movement , and due to changes in their diameter, the required height from the soil surface is achieved for carrying out budding and other works.

Awning cover 9 is stretched and fixed on top of the structure to protect workers from sun and rain. Hinged benches 10 and pockets 11 for cuttings and work equipment are attached along the supporting elements along the entire length of the sections from the inside of the structure to the lateral longitudinal ties.

The design of the device is made of thin-walled pipes with a diameter of 10-15 mm. The width of the structure is adjusted depending on the width of the plant spacing, the recommended height is 1.8-2 m. The total length is from 4 to 6 meters.

During budding, workers sit in pairs on both sides of two rows of rootstocks and, as necessary, move around the bench. Having covered the plants within the length of the structure, move it along the row using an additional vehicle or manually.

To work in the dark, it is possible to connect lighting from a vehicle. After the completion of budding work, the device is easily disassembled and folded.

The application of the proposed device will allow budding under any weather conditions and in a short time, which meets the requirements of the technology of growing seedlings. Simplicity of assembly and operation, low metal consumption, mobility of the device, convenience for the work of maintenance personnel provide a reduction in material and labor costs.
