Description
п.).The proposed device relates to the field of electricity, in particular to the elements of electrical equipment, i.e. their insulating parts and serves as a means of protecting people from electric shock. The proposed device can be used in existing electrical systems with voltages higher than 1000 V outdoor execution as an insulating operational rod in the production of switching, insulating measuring rod and clamp meters, as well as a voltage indicator 6 - 220 kV in conditions of high (more than 80%) outdoor humidity (rain, drizzle, wet snow, etc.).
Existing devices of this kind have a common drawback: they cannot work in open (outdoor) distribution electrical installations with rain, wet snow, etc., that is, in conditions of high humidity of the outdoor air due to insufficient supply of electrical strength (the technical difficulty of creating sufficient values of wet discharge voltage).
Из уровня техники известно наиболее близкое по технической сущности и достигаемому результату устройство это штанга изолирующая оперативная типа ШО, изготовленная из стеклопластиковой или полимерной трубки, состоящая из ручки-захвата, изолирующей части - трубки, разделенными ограничительным (резиновым или полимерным) кольцом и рабочей части (интернет-ресурс: ).From the prior art it is known that the closest in technical essence and the achieved result device is an operational insulating rod of the SHO type, made of a fiberglass or polymer tube, consisting of a gripping handle, an insulating part - a tube, separated by a restrictive (rubber or polymer) ring and a working part ( Internet resource: ).
However, the disadvantage of the device is that the insulating outer part of the tube is made smooth, therefore, during rain, drizzle or wet snow, a continuous conductive "path" is formed, as a result of which under these conditions (high humidity of the outside air) this device does not withstand the operating voltage of the electrical installation in which it can be used (device), which creates high risks of electric shock to the user (operator).
The task to which the claimed utility model is directed is to increase the value of the wet discharge voltage to the required values that ensure the safe use (use) of the claimed utility model in existing outdoor electrical installations under any weather conditions.
This problem is solved due to the fact that the claimed device is an insulating rod, consisting of a gripping handle, a working part-organ in the form of a transition device (metal tip), and an insulating part (tube) containing several heat-shrinkable insulators (“fungi”), strengthened using the method of thermal shrinkage (heating) at a certain distance from each other on the outside of the tube, and representing a single unit. For ease of use, heat-shrinkable insulators are located on the part of the insulating tube closer to the handle, in order to increase the degree of visibility by the user of the working body, mounted on the end of the rod.
The technical result provided by the given set of features is the possibility of using (using) insulating electric protective rods in existing outdoor electrical installations with high humidity of the outdoor air.
1).An example of the implementation of such a device (insulating rod) is shown in the photograph (figure 1).
п.The device (figure 2) consists of a
На существующую (гладкую) изолирующую штангу методом термической усадки (нагрева паяльной лампой) насаживаются на определенном расстоянии друг от друга термоусаживаемые изоляторы типа ТИ-1×35/14.Heat-shrinkable insulators of the TI-1 × 35/14 type are mounted on an existing (smooth) insulating rod by the method of thermal shrinkage (heating with a blowtorch) at a certain distance from each other.
The number of heat-shrinkable insulators depends on the voltage class to which the insulating rod will be used.
17025-2000.The fabricated design of an insulating rod with a voltage of 6-35 kV, shown in Fig. 1, has successfully passed tests in laboratory conditions according to GOST 1516.2-97, GOST 10390-86, GOST R 8563-96 and GOST R ISO \ IEC 17025-2000.
This claimed utility model can be used in electrical installations with a voltage of 6-220 kV.
Below is information about the minimum number of heat-shrinkable insulators that must be used in an insulating rod for different voltage classes of the electrical installation.
