Малогабаритный свинарник, выполненный в виде строительного вагончика с входной дверью с одной стороны, двумя окнами и лазами, расположенными с другой стороны, разделенного на два бокса с кормушками и поилками, емкостью для сбора навоза, лазы сопряжены с выгульными площадками с ограждениями, отличающийся тем, что строительный вагончик выполнен с теплоизолированными ограждающими конструкциями, на теплоизолированном полу и нижней части стен выполнена гидроизоляция, на уровне которой установлен решетчатый настил.
