Description

The utility model relates to kitchen equipment, namely, devices for preparing mixed drinks and can be used for automatic preparation of infant formula for baby food based on dry infant formula and water. The proposed device can mainly be used in domestic (domestic) conditions.

The technological process of preparing the infant formula for baby food contains a number of mandatory requirements, failure to fulfill at least one of which may negatively affect the quality of the prepared infant formula, including its organoleptic properties, which, in turn, affects well-being and child health.

The main requirements of this technology include:

a) the water used to prepare the milk mixture must be pre-boiled for at least 5 minutes;

b) the temperature of the water when mixed with the dry milk mixture should be in the range of 37-40 ^* C;

c) when mixing, certain quantitative proportions of the added water and the dry milk mixture must be strictly observed;

d) during the mixing process, the procedure for adding ingredients must be strictly observed: first, water is added, then a dry milk mixture is added to it;

d) the mixing process should be carried out carefully, until the complete dissolution of the dry milk mixture in water;

e) feeding the baby should be done immediately after preparing the milk mixture so that the mixture does not cool.

Another feature of the process of preparing the infant formula for baby food is that it is not random, episodic in nature, but is a long, systematic, almost round-the-clock process, divided into certain intervals.

Various devices for the automatic preparation of various drinks are known from the prior art, for example, machines for the automatic preparation of coffee (see: RU No. 2318423, RU No. 2346638, RU No. 2387360).

It is also known a device for preparing mixed drinks (RU No. 2229754), comprising a housing with a mixing chamber located therein, having a loading opening in its upper part, above which there is a container for receiving powder soluble extract, a metering device for containers for powder soluble extract, and mixing the chamber is made with the possibility of mixing in it the extract from the dosing device, with a liquid to obtain a mixed drink. This device is selected for the prototype of the proposed utility model.

The disadvantages of the prototype include the fact that this device cannot provide automatic preparation of the infant formula for baby food according to the established known technology.

Thus, the objective of the proposed utility model is to create a device for the automatic preparation of infant formula for baby food using the established technology.

The technical result consists in automating the process of preparing the milk mixture for baby food according to the established technology, which speeds up and facilitates this process, while ensuring a high-quality cooked product with high organoleptic properties.

To solve this problem, a device is proposed consisting of a housing in which a compartment for water treatment is located; compartment for placing the dry milk mixture; dosing device for supplying water; dosing device for supplying a dry mixture; a mixing chamber with a mixer integrated in it and an outlet pipe; electronic control unit; display and control panel; dispensing unit with a tray for spilled or spilled liquid.

The water preparation compartment is a water tank, in the lower part of which there is an outlet connected to the inlet of the metering device for supplying water. Inside the tank are an electric heater, a water temperature sensor and a water quantity sensor connected to an electronic control unit. Sensors of any known type may be used as a water temperature sensor and a water quantity sensor.

The dosing device for supplying water includes a liquid flow meter and a pump of any known types that are connected to an electronic control unit. A dosing device for supplying water provides the supply of a predetermined amount of water inside the mixing chamber upon command from an electronic control unit. The outlet of the metering device for supplying water is connected to the loading opening of the mixing chamber.

The compartment for the dry mix is a hopper for the dry milk mixture, in the lower part of which there is an outlet connected to the inlet of the dosing device for supplying the dry mixture. Inside the hopper there is a sensor for the quantity of dry mixture of any known type connected to the electronic control unit, for example, ultrasonic or optical.

The dry mixture dispensing device connected to the electronic control unit includes a drive device, for example, an electric screw conveyor, which provides a predetermined amount of dry mixture to the inside of the mixing chamber upon command from the electronic control unit. The output of the metering device for supplying the dry mixture is connected to the loading hole of the mixing chamber.

The mixing chamber has a funnel shape, in the upper part of which there is a loading hole connected to the outlet of the dosing device for supplying water and to the outlet of the dosing device for feeding the dry milk mixture. In the lower part of the mixing chamber there is an outlet connected to the outlet pipe, through which the finished milk mixture from the mixing chamber enters the dispensing unit. A mixer is installed inside the mixing chamber, for example, of the type of a rotary mixer with an electric drive, connected to an electronic control unit.

The electronic control unit is implemented on the basis of a microcontroller (microprocessor) and performs the functions of monitoring and controlling all the main components of the device, ensuring compliance with the technological process of preparing the milk mixture for baby food in automatic mode.

The display and control panel located on the front side of the machine, connected to the electronic control unit, includes an information display with control keys and / or a keypad, and / or a graphic touch screen.

The dispensing unit is a niche located in the lower front of the housing. In the upper part of the dispensing unit is the outlet pipe of the mixing chamber, through which the finished milk mixture enters the container for the finished mixture, in the lower part there is a tray for spilled or spilled liquid.

Before the first preparation of the milk mixture, the machine is preliminarily prepared for operation, for which the required amount of water is poured into the water preparation compartment 1, the required amount of the dry milk mixture is poured into the dry mix compartment 5, after which the water preparation option is activated on the display and control panel 15 . In this case, by a signal from the electronic control unit 14, the electric heater 2 is turned on in the water preparation compartment. The water in the compartment is heated to a boil and boiled for at least five minutes, after which the electric heater turns off. This process is controlled by an electronic control unit.

To exclude the possibility of disruption of the technological process of preparing the milk mixture, a number of locks to enable the cooking option can be provided in the device

- if the amount of water and / or dry milk mixture in the compartments of the machine is not enough to prepare a given volume of the milk mixture.
