Система контроля соблюдения правил дорожного движения транспортными средствами, включающая модуль видеоконтроля, выполненный с обеспечением возможности видеозаписи дорожной обстановки и ее передачи на соединенный по каналам связи удаленный сервер обработки данных, снабженный программно-аппаратными средствами автоматической квалификации нарушений правил дорожного движения, идентификации транспортного средства-нарушителя, принятия решений по ним и формирования стандартизированных бланков извещений о нарушении, отличающаяся тем, что модуль видеоконтроля выполнен мобильным в виде установленного на патрульном транспортном средстве и/или в его салоне устройства видеофиксации, снабженного навигационным модулем с обеспечением возможности определения текущего местоположения патрульного транспортного средства и таймером с обеспечением возможности осуществления по меньшей мере двукратной, с интервалом не менее 5 мин, непрерывной видеозаписи в блок памяти дорожной обстановки места патрулирования. ! 2.
