Description

The utility model relates to agricultural engineering, and can be used in devices for harvesting seeds of crops by combing on the vine.

Known working body for combing the tops of plants [USSR Author's Certificate No. 482143 A1, A01D 45/04, published 08/30/1975]. The working body is a drum, on the surface of which finger combs are installed. Finger combs have extended areas between the fingers at their base.

A disadvantage of the known working body is the incomplete stripping of the tops of the plants, due to the fact that the extended zones between the fingers at their base do not participate in the brushing process, but provide only normal (free) passage of the plants, without causing them to jam in the gaps between the fingers.

The closest analogue (prototype) is a combing header CVS company "Shelbourne Reynolds Engineering Ltd." (Great Britain) ["Combine harvester CVS" http: //www.russian-shelboume.ra (copy, fragment, attached)], including combing rotor with combs. The comb of the known combing header contains teeth and has an extension in the gap between adjacent teeth at their base. The expansion of the gap between adjacent teeth at their base allows to eliminate jamming and jamming of stems and ears in the gaps between the teeth.

A disadvantage of the known comb combing harvester (prototype) is not a complete tow of ears. This is due to the fact that the size of the expansion of the gap between adjacent teeth is much larger than the size of the cross section of the spike and if the ears are not combed into the expansion, the contact line of the lower part of the spike with the expansion edge is small and the selection of grains and separation of the ears from the stems occurs only due to the impact of this edge on spike base.

The objective of the utility model is to improve the quality of towing by increasing the line of contact of the brushing edge with the base of the spike in expanding the gap between adjacent teeth at their base, so that the stripping of the ears occurs not only due to a point impact of the edge on the base of the ear, but also due to the girth of the base of the spike moving combing edge, that is, eliminating the reasons for the lack of combs - prototype.

The problem is solved as follows.

The comb of the stripping device, like its prototype, contains teeth and has an extension in the gap between adjacent teeth at the base. Unlike the prototype in the claimed device, at least one recess is made on the expansion edge. Deepening allows you to increase the line of contact of the edge with the base of the spike. When the head of the spike gets into the recess, it is grasped by the moving edge and the grains are completely separated from the spike or the spike is separated from the stem, i.e. towing quality improves. Thus, the named new set of common essential features provides the technical result indicated in the utility model problem.

The technical solution is illustrated by drawings.

Figure 1 shows the expansion of the gap between the teeth of the comb with one recess; figure 2 - with two recesses; figure 3 - with three recesses; figure 4 is a fragment of a comb with an extension of the gap with many recesses.

1 - comb tooth; 2 - the gap between the teeth; 3 - expansion of the gap; 4 - the edge of the expansion; 5 - deepening; 6 - ledges.

The comb of the stripping device (FIGS. 1-4) contains teeth 1, there is a gap 2 between adjacent teeth, a gap at the base of the teeth ends with extension 3, recesses 5 are made on the edge 4 of extension 3, protrusions 6 are formed between the recesses.

The process of combing plants with a comb in a stripping device is as follows (Fig.1-4). During operation of the stripping device, the teeth of 2 combs are introduced into the bread stand, directing the stems of the plants into the gap between the teeth. The edge of the tooth, sliding along the stems of plants, meets a thickening, i.e. the base of the spike (panicle, bean). Since the tooth speed is high, the spike at its base receives a shock from the edge of the tooth, which leads to the release of grains or the separation of the spike from the stem. If this did not happen, then the stem with the spike falls into extension 3 at the base of the teeth, and the stalks with ears located in the center between the teeth fall here. In the extension, the protrusions 6 deflect the stems that have fallen into the recesses 5. The moving edge of the recess 5, grabbing the base of the ear, releases grains or tears the ear from the stem.

Using the inventive utility model allows to increase the completeness of towing ears (panicles, beans) of plants.
