Abstract
Postupak za proizvodnju predmeta livenog u kalupu koji obuhvata poliuretanski sloj nanet raspršivanjem. Za proizvodnju jednog poliuretanskog sloja (9) raspršivanjem jedne poluretanske reagujuće smeše, ta se smeša dovodi pod pritiskom u jednu mlaznicu (5) za raspršivanje, unutar mlaznice (5) se reagujuća smeša ubrzava prolaženjem kroz jedan ili više kanala (25) koji imaju smanjenu površinu poprečnog preseka, pa se ubrzana reagujuća smeša raspršuje, sa jednom unapred određenom količinom kinetičke energije, kroz jedan otvor za raspršivanje iz mlaznice (5) za raspršivanje na neku površinu. Kanali (25) u kojima se reagujuća smeša ubrzava imaju minimalnu površinu poprečnog preseka od S mm2, pri čemu je S vrednost manja od 1,0, reagujuća se smeša raspršuje iz mlaznice pri protoku od 10 x S do 80 x S, a količina od 0,05 do 2,5 mmol gasa pod pritiskom po granu reagujuće smeše raspršuje se zajedno sa reagujućom smešom kroz otvor za raspršivanje iz mlaznice (5) da bi povećala kinetičku energiju reagujuće smeše koja se raspršuje iz mlaznice (5). Dodavanjem gasa pod pritiskom reagujućoj smeši, može se postići isti ili čak bolji oblik mlaza a reagujuća se smeša može raspršivati pri manjem protoku.
