Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM ARTIGO COMPREENDENDO PELO MENOS UMA CAMADA DE POLIURETANO". Para produzir uma camada de poliuretano pela pulverização de uma mistura de reação de poliuretano, esta mistura é suprida sob pressão a um bico de pulverização, dentro do bico a mistura de reação é acelerada pela passagem através de um ou mais canais que têm uma área seccional transversal reduzida, e a mistura de reação acelerada é pulverizada, com uma quantidade predeterminada de energia cinética, através de uma abertura de pulverização fora do bico de pulverização em uma superfície. Os canais nos quais a mistura de reação é acelerada fora do bico têm uma área seccional transversal mínima total de S mm¬ 2¬, S sendo um valor menor do que 1,0, a mistura de reação é pulverizada fora do bico a uma vazão entre 10 x S e 80 x S g/segundo, e, mistura de reação por grama, uma quantidade de 0,05 a 2,5 mmol de um gás pressurizado é pulverizada, juntamente com a mistura de reação, através da dita abertura de pulverização fora do bico para aumentar a energia cinética da mistura de reação que é pulverizada fora do bico. Pela adição de um gás pressurizado na mistura de reação, pode-se obter um padrão de pulverização igual ou uniforme, e a mistura da reação pode ser pulverizada a uma menor vazão.
