Abstract

Zavojna presa (1) za ceđenje vlaknastog materijala, a posebno pulpe šećerne repe koja se sastoji od: - para susednih vratila (20, 30) koja rotiraju u suprotnim smerovima i čije ose (X-X, X'-X') su postavljene međusobno paralelno, pri čemu pomenuta vratila (20, 30) imaju sa svoje spoljašnje strane kutijastu spiralnu strukturu (21,31), a svaka spiralna struktura (21,31) je obmotana u suprotnom smeru od spiralne strukture na drugom vratilu; - kaveza (4) za filtriranje sa perforiranim zidovima koji precizno obuhvata pomenutu spiralnu strukturu (21,31); -levkastog dela (10) za punjenje prese (1) vlaknastim materijalom; - otvora (11) za izbacivanje isceđenog materijala; - sabirnog korita (12) postavljenog spolja u odnosu na pomenuti kavez (4) za filtriranje; pri čemu se svaka kutijasta spiralna struktura (21,31) sastoji od zavojnice (22,32) i spiralnog elementa (23,33), sadrži bar jednu perforiranu površinu (24,34) i obrazuje spiralni međuprostor (27,37) sa spoljašnjom stranom vratila (20,30), pri čemu pomenuta perforirana površina (24,34) ima dužinu (L) duž ose (X-X, X'-X') vratila (20, 30) koja je u svakoj tački manja od koraka (P) zavojnice (22,32) za veličinu neophodnu za prihvat zavojnice (22,32) susednog vratila (30,20).
