Abstract
Inventia se refera la niste structuri ceramice autoportante. Structurile ceramice autoportante, conform inventiei, cuprind o prima materie ceramica policristalina cu o poroyitate cuprinsa între 3 si 450% în volume, rezultata prin oxidarea unui metal initial ales între Al, Ti, Si, Zr, Sa si Hf, în care este infiltrata o a doua matrice ceramica policristalina obtinut ca produs al reactiei de oxidare, a unui al doilea metal initiat ales din aceleasi grupe de metale. Procedeul de obtinere a structurilor ceramice mentionate prevede plasarea celui de al doile metal initial si a structurii ceramice autoportante, rezultate în prima faza de oxidare, în pozitii astfel orientate încît produsul reactiei de oxidare a celui de al doilea metal initial sa se formeze într-o directie orientata spre si în spatiul poros a primului material policristalin în conditiile care sa asigure infiltrarea acestuia.
