Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu d eobtinere a firelor tehnice fine din propilena, destinate tesaturilor însotitoare în industria prelucratoare a cauciului sau ca medii filtrante, caracterizat prin acee ca, în scopul largirii gamei sortimentale, granulele de polipropilena sunt topite în extruder la temperaturi cuprinse între 180...260 degree C, trecute într-o grinda de filtrare cu temperatura de 260...265 degree C, la presiunea de 80...90 at, preluate de pompele dezatoare cu debite 176...182 g/min, care debiteaza polimerul topit în blocuri de filare formând filamente care, înmanunchiate cate 64, sunt racite si avivate corespunzator, filate cu o viteza de filare de 600...750 m/min, apoi etirate la cald pe masini verticale la reporturi de etirare de 1:3, 7...1:4,5.
