CONSTITUTION: Polyester multifilament yarns having a fineness per filament ≤0.7 denier of spun and taken off yarns are spun at a high speed ≥2,500m/min. In the process, a filament yarn group A is collected at a position (a) 300W800mm apart from the surface of a spinneret 1, and a filament yarn group B is collected at a position (b) 1,000mm or more below the collecting position (a) separetely. The filament yarn groups A and B are doubled at any position before the taking off point into one filament yarn group to give the aimed filament yarn.
