Abstract
Inventia se refera la un aparat destinat masurarii austenitei reziduale din otelurile carbon calite si a feritei delta din otelurile inoxidabile. Aparatul conform inventiei cuprinde o sonda electromagnetica unipolara, formata dintr-un electromagnet cu bobina aferenta, care are rolul de creare a câmpului magnetic, si un concentrator magnetic cu rolul de concentrare a fluxului magnetic suspendat elastic prin intermediul unui arc, electromagnetul fiind polarizat cu un curent variabil, crescator în trepte, furnizat de o sursa de curent , constituit dintr-un circuit integrat, tranzistoarele si grupul de rezistente aferente, sursa fiind comandata printr-o logica de validare ceas si o baza de timp, care asigura pasul treptelor decurent, forma si marimea lor fiind staiblita de un generator, un circuit de control al sursei, un circuit de masurare, urmat de un decodificator si un circuit de afisare a intensitatii curentului prin electromagnet, care este corelata, prin diagrama realizata prin masuratori pe probe etalon, cu procentul de austenita reziduala din oteluri carbon calite sau cu procentul de ferita delta din oteluri inoxidabile.The invention relates to an apparatus for measuring residual austenite of carbon steels and a ferrite delta in stainless steels.
