Stratul de adeziv aplicat prin pensulare si uscat se iradiaza scurt timp cu raze infrarosii, dupa care piesele se îmbina si se lasa în repaus, adeziunea maxima obtinându-se dupa cca 24h. îmbinarile au buna rezistenta mecanica înconditii de umiditate, frig si rezistenta la produse petroliere. îmbinarile executate cu cauciuc/cauciuc îndeplinesc cerintele pentru a fi utilizate în industria de încaltaminte pentru lipirea talpilor de cauciuc de uz general, precum si a talpilor de cauciuc rezistente la produse petroliere aplicate pe încaltaminte de protectie.The present invention relates to a bicomponent adhesive based on butadiene acrylonitrile rubber used in rubber / rubber joints, rubber / textile / rubber / PVC and especially in the footwear industry.
