Abstract
Inventia se refera la o metoda de control automat al puterii debitate de transductoarele de ultrasunete. Metoda prevede prelevarea unui semnal electric corelat cu valoarea sarcinii acustice, în functie de acest semnal electric reglându-se tensiunea de alimentare a generatorului electronic, astfel încât acesta sa aiba rol de generator de curent constant, pentru cazul sarcinilor acustice mici, si de generator de tensiune constanta, pentru cazul sarcinilor acustice mari. Dispozitivul este alcatuit dintr-un circuit de masurare a curentului de miscare realizat cu un condensator C, cu un transductor D si un transformator E, dintr-un detector de vârf F, la iesirea caruia se obtine o tensiune proportionala cu curentul de miscare, dintr-un amplificator de eroare G, care compara tensiunea de la iesirea detectorului de vârf cu tensiunea furnizata de o sursa de referinta, tensiunea de eroare comandând un element de reglaj H, care modifica tensiunea de la iesirea unei surse de putere A în functie de tensiunea de eroare, furnizând o anumita valoare pentru tensiunea de alimentare a unui invertor B.The invention relates to an automatic method of controlling the power dispensed by ultrasound transducers. The method provides for the taking of an electrical signal correlated with the value of the acoustic load, depending on this electric signal, by adjusting the supply voltage of the electronic generator so that it acts as a constant current generator for the case of small acoustic loads and generator constant voltage for the case of large acoustic loads. The device consists of a motion current measuring circuit made with a capacitor C, a transducer D and an E transformer, from a peak detector F, at the output of which a voltage proportional to the moving current is obtained from -a error amplifier G that compares the voltage at the output of the peak detector to the voltage provided by a reference source, the error voltage commanding a control element H which changes the voltage from the output of a power source A according to the voltage by providing a certain value for the supply voltage of a B inverter.
