Abstract
Inventia prezinta un procedeu de obtinere a contactelor electrice sinterizate din argint-nichel-grafit si argint-cupru-grafit cu compozitii procentuale gravimetrice: 55...96,5% Ag, 0,5...40% Cu si 1...5%C, destinate echiparii unor întrerupatoare de protectie de joasa tensiune. Pulberile de Ag, Ni, C respectiv de Ag, Cu si C amestecate mecanic, se siteaza, se granuleaza uscat sau cu ulei, se preseaza, se sinterizeaza si se calibreaza la forma si dimensiunile dorite. Procedeul, conform inventiei, permite realizarea unor contacte electrice cu siguranta sporita la curenti de scurtcircuit si cu rezistenta crescuta la uzura în arcul electric.The invention relates to a process for obtaining sintered electrical contacts of silver-nickel-graphite and silver-copper-graphite with percent gravimetric compositions: 55 ... 96.5% Ag, 0.5 ... 40% Cu and 1 .. .5% C, intended to be equipped with low voltage switchgear. Ag, Ni, C and Ag, Cu and C powders are mechanically blended, ground, granulated dry or oil, pressed, sintered and calibrated to the desired shape and size. The process according to the invention allows for the creation of more secure contacts to short-circuit currents and increased wear resistance in the electric arc.
