Abstract
Inventia de fata prezinta un procedeu de realizare a contactelor electrice sinterizate din argint-oxid de cupru-grafit utilizate la echiparea aparatajului electrotehnic de joasa tensiune. Pentru obtinerea contactelor electrice sunt utilizate tehnici specifice metalurgiei pulberilor, care constau în amestecarea mecanica a componentelor, dozate, conform compozitiei dorite, presarea în dublu strat a contactelor, sinterizarea în vid sau atmosfera protectoare si calibrare la forma si cotele finale. Contactele electrice din Ag-CuO-C prezinta, fata de contactele clasice din argint-grafit, avantajele unei economii însemnate de metal pretios, precum si caracteristici îmbunatatite de ardere.The present invention provides a process for making sintered copper-graphite silver-sintered contacts used to equip low-voltage electrotechnical apparatus. For the purpose of obtaining the electrical contacts are used techniques specific to powder metallurgy, which consist in the mechanical mixing of the components, dosed, according to the desired composition, double-pressing of the contacts, vacuum sintering or protective atmosphere and calibration to the shape and the final quotas. Ag-CuO-C electrical contacts show, compared to classical silver-graphite contacts, the benefits of a significant precious metal economy, as well as improved burning characteristics.
