Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unui catalizator zeolitic pentru obtinerea izoprenului prin reactia de descompunere a 4,4'-dimetil-1,3-dioxanului (DMD). Superioritatea procedeului conform inventiei consta în folosirea drept catalizator a zeolitului înalt silicios de tip ZSM-5 modificat cu acid fosforic, care datorita caracterului sau hidrofob îsi mentine activitatea catalitica în prezenta apei rezultate din proces. Zeolitul înalt silicios ZSM-5 are activitatea catalitica în forma hidrogen, nefiind necesara prezenta unor metale cu actiune catalitica. De asemenea, acest tip de zeoliti prezinta înalta stabilitate termica si chimica, putînd fi regenerat cu usurinta. Cantitatea de acid fosforic utilizat cu adaos pentru zeolitul H-ZSM-5 este mica. Prezenta inventie largeste gama de utilizari în cataliza a zeolitului ZSM-5.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of a zeolitic catalyst for the preparation of isoprene by the decomposition reaction of 4,4'-dimethyl-1,3-dioxane (DMD). The superiority of the process according to the invention consists in using as a catalyst the phosphoric acid-modified ZSM-5 zeolite type which, due to its hydrophobic character, maintains its catalytic activity in the presence of process water. The high silica zeolite ZSM-5 has catalytic activity in the form of hydrogen, and the presence of metals with catalytic action is not required. Also, this type of zeolite has high thermal and chemical stability and can be easily regenerated. The amount of phosphoric acid used with the addition of H-ZSM-5 zeolite is low. The present invention broadens the zeolite ZSM-5 zeolite utilization range.
