Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unui catalizator zeolitic pentru obtinerea izoprenului prin reactia de descompunere a 4,4'-dimetil-1,3-dioxanului (DMD). Superioritatea procedeului conform inventiei consta în folosirea drept catalizator a zeolitului înalt silicios de tip ZSM-5 modificat cu acid fosforic, care datorita caracterului sau hidrofob îsi mentine activitatea catalitica în prezenta apei rezultate din proces. Zeolitul înalt silicios ZSM-5 are activitatea catalitica în forma hidrogen, nefiind necesara prezenta unor metale cu actiune catalitica. De asemenea, acest tip de zeoliti prezinta înalta stabilitate termica si chimica, putînd fi regenerat cu usurinta. Cantitatea de acid fosforic utilizat cu adaos pentru zeolitul H-ZSM-5 este mica. Prezenta inventie largeste gama de utilizari în cataliza a zeolitului ZSM-5.
