Abstract
Talpa pentru încaltaminte pe baza de policlorura de vinil constituita dintr-un amestec de 100 parti în greutate policlorura de vinil, 76...86 parti în greutate plastifiant, 4 parti în greutate sulfat bibazic de plumb, 1,2 parti în greutate stearat bibazic de plumb, 2 parti în greutate ulei de soia, 0,7 parti în greutate stearat de calciu, 0,3 parti în greutate-20...40 parti în greutate faina de lemn, procedeul constînd în omogenizarea componentilor la cald, la o temperatura de 110 degree C, timp de 15 min, racirea amestecului într-un malaxor la temperatura sub 60 degree C, timp de 15 min, extruderea materialului într-un extruder cu doua snecuri, racirea granulelor cu aer într-un racitor omogenizator, cîntarirea si ambalarea în saci în vederea transmiterii la injectarea talpilor direct pe fetele de încaltaminte.
