Abstract

Inventia se refera la un aparat pentru determinarea umiditatii semintelor de cereale si plante tehnice sau a altor materiale granulare, destinat utilizarii în industrie si agricultura, si constituie o perfectionare a inventiei principale nr. 94470. Aparatul conform inventiei este prevazut si cu un circuit de întârziere comandat de greutatea problei turnate, prin închiderea un contact, un circuit de temporizare, realizat dintr-un rezistor, un condensator, precum si cu doua porti SI-NU, dupa terminarea timpului stabilit de întârziere producându-se bascularea portilor, care comanda printr-un rezistor cheia realizata cu un tranzistor prin care se alimenteaza celelalte circuite ale aparatului, revenirea la starea initiala realizându-se prin deschiderea condensatorului, în cazul în care contactul a fost deschis înainte de terminarea temporizarii, în scopul reducerii masei ansamblului mobil pe care se monteaza traductorul, acesta este constituit din doua rame mobile fixate pe un cadru asamblat prin intermediul unor lamele elastice si a unor distantiere, cilindrul interior al traductorului fiind centrat prin intermediul unui izolator condensator, asamblat împreuna cu o rondela, contactul electronic fiind stabilit prin intermediul unor piese neelastice care au si rolul de limitare inferioara a cursei ansamblului mobil, circuitul de corectie cu temperatura fiind realizat cu doua tranzistoare de pe aceeasi arie integrata, în montaj diferential, cu posibilitatea reglarii polarizarii bazelor pentru etalonare.The invention relates to an apparatus for determining the moisture content of cereal seeds and technical plants or other granular materials, intended for use in industry and agriculture, and constitutes a refinement of the main invention no. 94470.
