Abstract

Inventia se refera la o compozitie pentru conservarea bauturilor nealcoolice, constituita din acid acetilsalcilic, extract de marar si/sau extract de busuioc si, eventual, emulsie hidroalcoolica de propolis. Compozitia se obtine usor, din ingrediente accesibile este eficienta în inhibarea dezvoltarii microorganismelor în bauturile nealcoolice pe baza de sucuri sau siropuri naturale, prin blocarea activitatii enzimatice a microorganismelor. Prin continutul în extract de marar si/sau busuioc, confera o aroma placuta bauturilor. Prin componentii ei are si rol terapeutic asupra organismului uman, fiind eficienta în mentinerea tonusului capilarelor, suprimarea sau prevenirea trombozei coronoriene.
