Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de zaharificare a hidrolului, care consta în aceea ca, solutia-muma continînd oligozaharidele, diluata cu apa demineralizata pîna la un continut de substanta uscata de 20...40% de preferinta 28...33% este supusa unei hidrolize partiale în mediu acid în prezenta a 5-15×10 exponent -3 mol/l Hcl, de preferinta 8-10×10 exponent -3 mol/l Hcl, la o temperatura de 100...160 degree C, de preferinta la o temperatura de 100...140 degree C timp de 5...120 min, de preferinta 10...60 min, în flux continuu ori în sarje dupa care este racita la o temperatura de 60...62 degree C, neutralizata cu o solutie de Na indice 2 CO indice 3 la un pH de 4,3-4,5 si zaharificata în aceste conditii timp de max. 72 h cu amiloglucozidaza dozata în cantitate de 150...235 UAG la 1 kg de substanta uscata dupa care poate fi prelucrata în modul cunoscut pentru obtinerea glucozei cristalizate.
