Abstract

Inventia de fata se refera la un procedeu de valorificare a unor deseuri industriale, constînd din deseuri celulozice, textile, deseuri de cauciuc, scame de in si cînepa, rumegus, talaj, pudreta de talpa si piele. Se supune malaxarii o solutie apoasa de rasina ureoformaldehidica cu deseuri umectate si o cantitate egala de apa, dupa care urmeaza spumarea amestecului tot prin malaxare, cu adaos de alcool gras sulfatat si agent de întarire, apoi spuma obtinuta se introduce în forme, se lasa pentru gelifiere 8...10 h, se scot piesele si se supun uscarii, dupa care acestea se supun prelucrarii, functie de domeniul de folosire.
