Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an activator for microbes by mixing and kneading an incineration residue of sewage sludge, Portland cement, foamed obsidian powder and water, and then pelletizing them. CONSTITUTION:80wt.% of an incineration residue of sewage sludge, 10wt.% of Portland cement and 10wt.% of foamed obsidian powder are put into a mixed and sufficiently mixed together. The obtained mixture is kneaded after adding 25wt.% of water. Then the sandy kneaded material is extruded into pellets by using a pressure type extruder, and cured for 24hr in a wet condition. A utilization of an incineration residue of sewage sludge as resources thus become possible.
