Abstract

Inventia se refera la un extract vitaminic obtinut din suc de fructe cu concentratie ridicata în vitamina C, destinat fortifierii ceaiului alimentar, precum si la procedeul de preparare a acestuia. Extractul conform inventiei se prepara din fructe de Aronia Melanocarpa (Michx.) Ell. si Rosa pendulina L. (macesul de munte) folosite în proportie de 2:1 sub forma unui suc pasteurizat si acidulat cu acid citric. Procedeul conform inventiei consta din extragerea concentratului bogat în vitamina C din macese nemaruntite prin difuzie, atît cu ajutorul vaporilor de apa, cît si cu ajutorul sucului fructelor de aronia. Extractul obtinut se poate folosi atît la aromatizarea ceaiurilor, cît si a bauturilor nealcoolice, determinînd îmbogatirea acestora în vitamine.The invention relates to a vitamin extract obtained from fruit juice with high concentration in vitamin C, for the fortification of the food tea, as well as to the process for its preparation. The extract according to the invention was prepared from Aronia Melanocarpa (Michx.) Ell. and Rosa pendulina L. (mountain macaw) used in a 2: 1 ratio as a pasteurized juice and acidified with citric acid. The process according to the invention consists in the extraction of vitamin C-rich concentrate from untreated macerates by diffusion, both by means of water vapor and by using the juice of the fruit of the aronia. The extracted extract can be used both for the aromatization of tea and non-alcoholic beverages, resulting in their enrichment in vitamins.
