Abstract

Inventia de fata se refera la un dispozitiv de prehensiune, cu deplasare liniara a bacurilor, destinat prinderii si manipularii unor obiecte grele, cu ajutorul manipulatoarelor si robotilor industriali. Dispozitivul este alcatuit dintr-un cilindru de actionare cu doua pistoane care, prin niste transmisii cu cabluri, antreneaza niste culisoare articulate la capetele unor placi de antrenare, articulate între ele. La celalalt capat, placile de antrenare au o articulatie fixa si una mobila, legata de un al doilea culisor ce sustine bacul de strîngere, cu pozitie reglabila, în functie de dimensiunile obiectului de manipulat. Deschiderea bacurilor de strîngere se realizeaza cu ajutorul unor arcuri de tractiune.The present invention relates to a linear guiding device for guiding and manipulating heavy objects by means of manipulators and industrial robots. The device is made up of a two-piston drive cylinder which, through some cable transmissions, drives some articulated slides at the ends of the drive plates articulated therebetween. The opening of the tightening blades is achieved by means of traction springs.
