Abstract

Inventia se refera la un brat pentru roboti industriali, destinat realizarii unei miscari de translatie si a doua miscari de rotatie de orientare a dispozitivului de prehensiune si respectiv a obiectului de manipulat. Bratul este alcatuit din doi arbori tubulari concentrici, prin care un arbore prevazut cu un cuplaj electromagnetic antrenat de un motor hidraulic oscilant, pune în miscare de rotatie un dispozitiv de prehensiune, care realizeaza astfel miscarea de pronatie. Un al doilea motor hidraulic oscilant antreneaza arborele tubular interior, care, printr-un angrenaj conic, imprima unui cadru mobil o miscare de flexie. Pentru ca miscarea de flexie sa nu modifice pozitionarea initiala a obiectului, prin rotirea dispozitivului de prehensiune, cuplajul arborelui de antrenare a acestuia este neactionat, iar axul dispozitivului de prehensiune se imobilizeaza cu ajutorul unui al doilea cuplaj electromagnetic. Un cilindru hidraulic solidar cu arborele tubular exterior asigura miscarea de translatie a bratului.
