Inventia se refera la un procedeu de deshidratare a gazelor petroliere care contin urme de hidrocarburi avînd în molecula 15 sau mai multi atomi de carbon. Procedeul, conform inventiei, este caracterizat prin aceea ca, dupa aducerea în contact a gazolinei cu un mediu adsorbant, se introduce abur în contracurent în stratul de adsorbant solid timp de 1...3 h, dupa care are loc desorbtia si racirea mediului adsorbant.
