Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de protectie anticorosiva a cuvelor, sculelor si dispozitivelor folosite în procesele de acoperire prin imersie la cald în zinc sau aliaje zinc-aluminiu, care consta în formarea pe suprafetele de lucru a unui strat de carbonitruri de titan. Procedeul, conform inventiei, consta în urmatoarele: sculele, dispozitivele si cuvele folosite la acoperiri metalice prin imersie la cald în zinc sau aliaje de zinc-aluminiu se confectioneaza din otel slab aliat cu granulatie fina si dupa degresare, sablare si decapare se supun unui tratament de carbonitrurare la 850...870 degree C, timp de 2...3 h, urmat de un tratament de titanizare într-un mediu solid, izolat de atmosfera oxidanta, deshidratat, care contine 75...76% pulbere de ferotitan, cu granulatie 0,25...0,35 mm, 22...23% caolina si restul clorura de amoniu, la 950...1000 degree C, timp de 4...5 h, în scopul realizarii unui strat de carbonitrura de titan, care nu reactioneaza cu zincul sau aliajele zinc-aluminiu, împiedicînd aderenta acestora la materialele imersate. Inventia apartine domeniului acoperirii metalice.
