Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a polizaharidelor de tip xantan, care consta în prepararea unei emulsii de ulei în apa, însamîntarea acesteia cu un inocul de microorganism, fermentarea emulsiei inoculate si apoi concentrarea acesteia pîna la un continut de 8...60% polizaharida, sau recuperarea polizaharidei din emulsie sub forma de pulbere, prin precipitare. Polizaharide obtinuta se poate utiliza în toate industriile care folosesc fluide apoase viscosifiante.
