Abstract

Inventia se refera la un stand pentru încercat dispozitive de transport cu role, destinat încercarii la anduranta si determinarii rezistentei la rulare a dispozitivelor de transport cu role. Standul, conform inventiei, este alcatuit dintr-un cadru rigid în interiorul caruia sînt fixate doua dispozitive de transport cu role între care se deplaseaza o cale de rulare actionata de un piston hidraulic. Un traductor de forta plasat între calea de rulare si tija pistonului cilindrului hidraulic permite determinarea rezistentei la înaintare. Contactul dintre cele doua dispozitive si calea de rulare precum si exercitarea fortei de încarcare dintre aceste elemente se realizeaza cu ajutorul unui cilindru hidraulic închis de o membrana. Membrana este legata de un sistem surub-piulita care deplaseaza un suport mobil prevazut cu niste coloane de ghidare. Presiunea din cilindrul hidraulic închis de membrana se obtine cu o pompa manuala în circuitul careia exista si un acumulator hidraulic care compenseaza abaterile dimensionale ale caii de rulare si eventualele pierderi de ulei din circuitul hidraulic.The invention relates to a stand for the testing of roller conveyors for endurance testing and rolling resistance determination of roller conveyors. The membrane is connected to a screw-wrench system that moves a mobile holder provided with some guiding columns. The pressure in the hydraulic cylinder closed by the membrane is obtained with a manual pump in the circuit of which there is also a hydraulic accumulator that compensates for the dimensional deviations of the running track and eventual oil losses in the hydraulic circuit.
