Abstract
Convertizorul de energie, conform inventiei, este format dintr-un cadru, un rotor montat în acest cadru cu un arbore de rotor, niste aripi si un element care poate conecta arborele de rotor la un generator, un alternator sau alt mecanism convertizor de energie. Fiecare aripa este formata dintr-un element de sustinere, o multitudine de lame care se rotesc în elementul de sustinere, în jurul unei axe scurte, paralele cu arborele si niste opritoare de lame. Lamele sînt compuse dintr-o multitudine de foi care se rotesc una fata de alta în jurul unor axe paralele cu arborele. Opritoarele limiteaza miscarea de rotatie relativa a foilor, pe de o parte la pozitia în care acestea se extind una în prelungirea celeilalte si pe de alta parte, la o pozitie în care aceste aripi formeaza unghiuri, de exemplu, din domeniul a circa 135 degree .
