Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui tip de poliol cu fosfor, cu structura aromatica pentru spume poliuretanice rigide, rezistente la foc, prin poliaditia alchilenoxizilor la produsul de reactie dintre acidul ortofosforic de concentratie 80...100% si un compus poliepoxidic ales dintre diglicidileterul bisfenolului A sau novolac epoxidat, în raport gravimetric H3PO4: compus poliepoxidic = 4:1...1:1, la temperatura de 40...150 degree C, de preferinta 60...90 degree C, presiunea de 0...6 kgf/cm2,de preferinta 0,5...3 kgf/cm2, pîna la blocarea totala a grupelor acid, dupa care se efectueaza perfectarea masei de reactie si distilarea monomerului nereactionat.
